Scot Guidry is a 1987 graduate of LSU and received his CCIM designation in 2006. He has specialized in industrial and office sales & leasing throughout his real estate career. Scot Guidry has successfully transferred his 20 years of industrial sales experience into the industrial / commercial real estate market.
Mike Falgoust began his professional real estate career in 1975. He is the past President of the LA-MS-AL Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). Mike is also Past President and Member of the Year of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR).
Since that time, he has successfully brokered over $100,000,000 worth of transactions. Pike has been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate but has specialized in the investment and development aspects of the business.
