On the Spot Carpet Cleaning does an awesome job at cleaning my carpets. They are very conscientious about the quality job they do. They are dependable, reliable and very reasonable. And they do NOT push you to purchase "yearly contract services". I have been using this company for several years now and would recommend them to anyone.
They have been able to remove both wine and coffee stains. My husband was ready to rip our carpets out, but Pete was able to make the carpet look new. We’ve been using On The Spot for 15+ years. Pete is brilliant at his trade. Over the years he’s upgraded his equipment and always stays current on updated practices. Pete is so pleasant to work with we always want him and Deb to move to our Arrowhead neighborhood.
I’ve also had On The Spot out to my dad’s house in Sun City Grand. My dad’s annual “do it yourself” jobs didn’t hold a candle to Pete’s outstanding work.
Highly recommend this company for all your carpet and flooring cleaning needs!

On the Spot was on the mark! Pete came out quoted a great/fair price and did an amazing job on our tile floors/grout, area rugs and some furniture. He called prior to his arrival, was on-time and did a amazing job on our floors etc. would highly recommend this company. Very responsive & professional. They cleaned my mother's carpet in November and removed stains that I never expected to come out. Her 10 year old carpet looked like new again. Today they did my one room of carpet, an area rug, and the tile in the rest of the house. They are very careful to not mark up baseboards or walls and everything looks like new.

I was given an exact time for service in the morning. They were there exactly when they said, did a tremendous job, got out spots that I honestly wasn’t expecting them to be able to get out and all for a lower price then I was quoted by 3 other companies.
