Veneers are very thin shells, typically made of porcelain or resin, that are bonded to the front of your teeth to enhance the beauty of your smile. Porcelain veneers are an excellent choice for enhancing your smile because the color and translucency of porcelain is a great match for the natural appearance of tooth enamel.
A crown, or cap, is custom made to fit over the entire tooth, starting at the gum line. Dental crowns can be made of gold, porcelain, or porcelain fused to metal. Crowns are used for a number of purposes. The most common use for a crown is to restore a tooth that is significantly damaged or decayed.
Dentures are removable oral appliances used to replace all or multiple missing teeth. They help to restore the function and shape of your mouth. There are two types of dentures: complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used to replace all the teeth in a full dental arch. Partial dentures are used if you are missing multiple teeth but have some remaining natural teeth.
