Very poor. I would put less stars if possible. Requested a quote for year round tax and financial advice and help. They asked who referred me? No one did as I found there website. They told me the only way they could help is if I had a referral. I then asked if that ment my money wasn't good enough unless someone else said it was? She said no there just to busy to take on new clients unless you have a referral. Obviously your not to busy for new clients if someone referred you.
