We take a mindful approach to fitness as we understand health and fitness are unique to you, and a journey that lasts a lifetime. Your goals are specific to you, and we will be your guide to help you through the weeds and be true to you. This class alternates between a variety of punches and kicks on a bag designed to take the beating and high-intensity weight and core-strengthening exercises.

Build strength and endurance with high-intensity workouts that are short on time but big on results. A passionate, knowledgeable personal trainer will show you what to do and keep you on the right track. We want to hear your fitness goals, assess a good starting point, and even let you try out a class for free!
Services
A part of the High Vibe mission statement is that there is more to weight loss and looking great than working out and seeing the physical changes in the body. In order to really get the results you want and avoid the roller coaster weight gain and loss, you have to reach deep within YOURSELF.

Reflect on the parts of your life that are causing you pain, the parts of your body you don't like, and the thoughts that are keeping you from being amazing.When we look within and acknowledge these bumps in the road, we heal them, grow, and begin to create beautiful thoughts and habits in our lives.

I started High Vibe Jumpstart at the beginning of 2018 after a somewhat difficult time in my life. I knew right away it wasn't just a gym, it’s a community. I’ve been going pretty consistently since then, which is a first in terms of any gym for me. Jess and the crew do a wonderful job making everyone feel welcome and I never feel like I’m not good enough for the workouts. Jess and High Vibe have helped me gain more confidence in myself, which I will forever be grateful for. Highly recommended! 😊

The moment I walked into High Vibe I knew that I was right where I was supposed to be. Every day I enter those gym doors is one of the best parts of my day. The friendly smiles, the amazing staff, the ever changing workouts are what keeps me coming back for more. If you are looking for easy, this isn’t the place; but if you are looking for growth, constant support and all of the love, this is the place to be! At High Vibe, you aren’t a number, you are family and it’s just not a gym, it’s home. Love this place with all of my heart because without this place I would not be me!

High Vibe has had a huge positive impact on my life over the past year and a half. I have gained confidence in myself, I am physically in the best shape I have ever been in, and I have grown tremendously as a person, all while creating some of the best friendships. It is scary and intimidating to step into a new gym, but all of the members and trainers at High Vibe will make sure you feel welcome and they will push you to be a better person inside and outside of the gym. If you are looking for a positive change (and great workouts) in your life, I highly recommend becoming part of the High Vibe

High Vibe Fitness is so much more than a gym. High Vibe is focused on encouraging people to reach their capabilities. The trainers and fellow gym members feed off each other's energy on their journey of personal growth. High Vibe also has different classes, including classes that provide information on nutrition. The classes have taught me how my choices lead to better results. Don't take my word for it, try it out yourself!

If you're looking to amp up your current workout, I highly suggest checking out High Vibe Fitness! You will find a variety of classes - Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Yoga, Abs - at various times to fit your schedule. I appreciate that each workout is different and we all know that you have to use different muscles and not keep the same workout routine to see results. This month marks my 2 year anniversary with High Vibe. I try to never miss a class. I feel stronger & my health & overall fitness is so much better. At the end of class one day one of my fellow Tribe members stood up and thanked all of us for welcoming her to class with open arms and for not judging her but pushing/nudging her along. This is what High Vibe is about. You aren't being judged on what you can or cannot do, how big or small you are, how fast you run or how much you can lift. Its a community of like minded people wanting to better themselves and cheering on those around them. High Vibe

I cannot say enough good things about High Vibe fitness. I started with High Vibe in 2014 with yoga during my second pregnancy. Six weeks after having my baby, I tried boot camp and kickboxing. I love not only the workouts but also Jess and the High Vibe crew. I am always telling people it is more like a community and family than a gym! This is the first time in my life I have concentrated on building muscle, and I’ve seen great results. Jess is an amazing motivator and trainer and every workout is different. I never felt comfortable working out in a gym until I found High Vibe! The atmosphere is supportive, encouraging, kind, and rewarding. I have developed into a stronger woman physically and emotionally. Even though the workouts are structured as a class, you still get that one-on-one attention from Jess! I am so happy that I took the leap and joined High Vibe because I can see my hard work paying off!

High Vibe changed my life! Originally started at the gym over 2 years ago when 2 of my good friends finally talked me into going with them. They always had such great things to say about the gym, I figured I needed to check this out for myself. One of the best decisions I ever made. Of course, like most everyone else, I started at the gym with the intention to just lose weight. Which I did but it became so much more.
