Scheduling repair was very poorly done. After sending estimate and scheduling repair for 5 weeks out, got a call from them a week from my appointment asking for additional pictures. Upon reviewing pictures, I was informed that one of the parts they needed would no be available in time to support my appointment and that they would need to delay my repair for another month. The part in question was on the original estimate from my insurance company that they had received a month prior. In short, they did not read the estimate they had in hand and forced me to delay the repair with very little consideration

If you need body work done on your vehicle, look no further than Henry's. These guys and gals are great to work with. Everyone is very professional and courteous to their customers. Nick did a fantastic job on my car after a "fender bender" that turned out to more a little more involved than originally thought. I was kept apprised of what was going on and called when my car was ready. They even cleaned my car when they were done. These guys are the best!!

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. Over the past few years I have gone to Henry's three times and their work is outstanding. The paint match is excellent and you would never know the vehicle had been damaged.

One time I did have a problem but they fixed it. I had been rear ended and an after market muffler had been put on. It was loud. I went back to Henry's and they said they would contact my insurance company to see if they would agree to replace the muffler with an OEM Chevy part, and they did. I wonder if some of the complainants had issues because of their insurance

My wife bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had some minor damage to the rear bumper and the dealership (Allen Mello Nashua) was unwilling to work with us to fix the bumper.
Henry's Collision was extremely easy to work. They are doing virtual estimates right now which made the process very easy. Sent pictures of the bumper and the vin number and they did the work in two business days. The bumper looks brand new and the estimate was on point. Needless to say we will use Henry's for all of our future needs!

I can't say enough great things about the staff and service at Henry's! Dealing with the aftermath of a car accident is difficult but the wonderful people at Henry's made it all easier. Top it off with a vehicle returned in new condition down to the full detailing, and Henry's should be your only option for collision repair.

Had an easy repair. Had to wait a bit longer because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but that's to be expected. I had to go in to schedule an appointment so they could look at my estimate paperwork and then come back later for the appointment, when it would've been easier to email. Other than that the service was great!

These folks saved my bacon. My mum drove into a curb in Manchester Airport, right before we were about to start a 10 hr drive. Front bumper was dragging on the ground. Made it to Henry's, where they did a quick evaluation, added a few screws, and sent us on our way in about 30 min - with no charge! Ten hours later, we made it safely! Fantastic, pleasant service. These are super good folks!

The owner's wife is bad news. They repaired my Mazda in the fall. The following spring the air conditioner was not working so I took it to Mazda and they charged me $150 to fix it. They asked if I had body work done recently and I said yes. They told me whoever repaired it had not re-connected something that was the problem. They suggested I talk to the repair shop and get a refund for the $150. The woman at Henry's asked me why I had not taken the car to them when the AC did not work. How's was I to know it was their ineptness that was the reason my AC did not work. Anyway

They don't stand behind their work. I was convinced to repair rather than replace a front bumper cover 18 months ago. The work was guaranteed so it seemed like a decent option, saving me the cost of my collision insurance deductible. Mistake. I noticed that an inch-long crack developed in the body filler they used to repair the damage, so I asked them to repair it. The estimator took a quick look at the damage and declared it a rock chip and said it wasn't covered. I know the difference between a rock chip and a crack in body putty so I pushed back on her. To be completely honest, I would not have even given this place one star but in order to write a review, you have to.
They were only supposed to have my car for four days. Instead they had it for 2.5 weeks and told me at least 3 different times it would be ready when it wasn't. On top of jerking me around they did not even call me to tell me that they needed to keep my car longer. I HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR ANSWERS which is unacceptable. They should be keeping me in the loop about the repairs on my car.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only did it take 5 weeks to finish my truck, they lied to me every time I called to get updates. The work they did was average at best. Anyone could have done it. Having to deal with the girls up front was awful! It has been 3 months and I still haven't received the money the owe me. This is one of the worst business I have ever had to deal with.

This place is horrible!!!! not only did they do a crappy job fixing my car they missed parts, the paint doesn't match. worse of all is they ripped of flowers duck taped to my dash that my dead child made 4 years ago. no way these items can ever be replaced. not even a sorry for the heartache they have caused me. i am taking legal action at this point! run from this place don't ever go there!!!!

First off, this does not look like a body shop--clean and maintained, both inside and out. I was greeted right away (with a smile!) and asked about how the repairs would be handled. I was then walked out to the car and given an explanation of how the whole repair process would take place (I had not been in an accident for over 20 years). I was very happy to find out I did not have to spend my time getting two or three more estimates (who has the time for that?). I was even told he would take care of reserving a rental car for me--one less thing for me to worry about!

My pickup was a victim of hit and run and had damage on the bed. Geico recommended that I bring it to Henry's Auto Body in Manchester, NH, because they had an Express Service. My initial thought was to bring it to Grappone Collision Center in Bow since they did an incredible job before on the same area. Jen from Geico said I would have the truck back in four or five business days. If I didn't do the Express Service, the wait could be a month. In the meantime, I asked Jen if the body shop could take care of a small area of rust where mud flaps once were, two areas about the size of
