The majority of our roof replacements involve insurance claims for storm damage. We provide initial inspections free of charge.
If our expert inspection determines that there is sufficient damage, we will walk you through the process of making a claim with your insurance company. We will meet the insurance adjuster to secure approval for replacement of your roof. Once approved, your insurance company will set the pricing for roof replacement based on current market pricing for materials and labor.

We specialize in replacing storm-damaged roofs, the cost of which is covered by homeowners' insurance policies. Though our focus is on roof replacement, we also provide roof repairs and replacement of gutters and downspouts, soffits, fascia, and siding.

Used Fairfield for an insurance claim. Jason handled my job with professionalism and courtesy all throughout. The roofing crew was prompt and efficient. Fairfield did an excellent job of replacing our roof and skylights. They did an exceptionally thorough job of repairing and replacing the damaged plywood underneath and ensuring a good seal. The new roof is high quality and looks great. We have not had a single problem in the year since it was done. Scott was very responsive to our calls and questions throughout the process.

Scott and Sandy were extremely helpful in replacing my roof. They started with an inspection of the roof which revealed there had been noticeable storm damage. They showed me pictures of the damage once they were back on the ground and then helped me understand how to involve my insurance company if I chose that path. They were on-site when the insurance adjuster came out to write up the claim and ensured that the adjuster noticed the specific areas of the roof that had given them concern.
