Services
Supported Living residences are in essence - HOMES. They are permanent places of residence for persons in our program. These homes have people who endure everyday battles in an interconnected way. We rely on each other to bear the challenges that intellectual and developmental disabilities can bring.
American Health Care Services, Inc. is a DC corporation, a family-owned business, and an approved Department of Disability Services Medicaid Waiver Services Provider. Its residential homes are located in Washington, DC. In the District of Columbia, we provide residential services to persons with intellectual and development disabilities within the framework of the Human Care Agreement.
Every day, each experience is an opportunity to learn. We believe that persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities are regular citizens and residents of the District of Columbia and deserve care just as much as they deserve to be trained to restore normalcy into their lives.
