Arriving late for an appointment, salon or spa may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment. For hair product, we recommend Kenra, Matrix and Crew products. PCA skin care products are great for your skin and we also recommend OPI & CND for all of your nail care needs.
At Kali Co Court Hair Design and Spa, you may choose massage therapy, hot stone therapy and a selection of nourishing body and skin treatments. Beauty enhancements include body waxing, manicures, pedicures, hair care and full salon services. Above all, what you receive from Kali Co Court Hair Design and Spa is total rejuvenation.

I asked for a bayalage and walked out with a jagged uneven haircut and she did not even tone my hair, there were orange pieces everywhere and harsh lines all over my head not blended at all. I had to get it fixed at a different location, this happened a week before my graduation.

It was okay. My hair looked good till I got home. My friend pointed out how my hair was not even on both sides and that there was a huge section uncut. Loved it when I left. 30 mins later when I got a chance to look at it, it was just okay.
Would have had them fix it, but it is a 45 min drive for me so I did the best I could fixing it myself.

The staff is very obviously not keeping up with their education and has very basic knowledge of hair. I can’t speak for everyone just the stylist I had. My hair was ruined after bleaching it and was way overpriced for the quality of the services I received as well as just the service in general. Basic haircut was okay but anything beyond basic did not turn out how I wanted at all. Same for color. If you want to go from a dark brown to blonde I would suggest going elsewhere because it shouldn’t take months and a thousand dollars or more to do so and especially if you have trendy colored hair

My hair was left extremely damaged from bleaching it too much, she overcharged me for the service, and I had to go to another stylist to get my hair fixed. I have tried to resolve this issue three times with the business and they won’t respond or acknowledge my complaints.

Booked a massage for my significant other's birthday present online, gave all my card info and got multiple notifications that Kalico Court charged my debit card. Find out that my card was never charged and my partner had to pay for their own birthday present at the time of the appointment, which came as a complete surprise to both of us. Also would not respond to emails I sent regarding the appointment. Would not recommend booking online. My significant other otherwise really enjoyed the massage though.

Since moving here five years ago, I have searched for a great salon! I've gone to so many salons and had so many bad haircuts, I cannot tell you.... FINALLY I found Fergie and Kali Co Court! I worked in a salon in Cincinnati for ten years before moving here, so I am picky! Not until I went to Fergie @ Kali Co Court have I been 100% happy with my haircut & style! Their manicurists are great too! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! If you're looking, do yourselves a favor and give this place a try! I know you'll be glad you did!

I got my nails done a day after my birthday. The acrylic was not smoothed our after applied to my nails so it looked lumpy, which slightly bothered me but I just ignored it. Then four days later one of my acrylic nails split from the top down; I was away from town so I had to buy some nail glue to fix it. Then a couple days later the tip completely broke off one nail and then the next day the whole acrylic came off another. I had such a wonderful experience with my hair that I thought my nails would be just as good; I will never go back to get my nails done here again.

Was here before for a massage. They were able to get me in on the same day and are well priced. They had some kind of mishap with scheduling and almost had to cancel my massage. I was super bummed as I don't do this luxury often. However, they held to my appointment. Found out they actually called one of their girls in just to keep true to my appointment. I liked that customer service. Massage was good. I'm back for a second one today. Feeling under the weather and love massages...so I'm excited!
