We went with Lotty Painting for our exterior painting needs because of Brendan’s knowledge & professionalism. We had 3 other contractors come out for estimates & Brendan was the only one that really took the time to discuss various options & expectation levels. Brendan & his team wanted our porch to look like new just as much as we did. They took care in prepping the areas & restoring the damage portions. The team went above & beyond with painting our planter chains so that they matched the new look. Brendan & his team were wonderful to work with & we will definitely be using them for our future

We hired Lotty's Professional Painters and his crew to paint our deck. Brendan and his team were fast, spotless and completed a perfect painting job on the deck. Everything was covered up on the siding of our house and the ground underneath. He made sure everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction.

Brendan and crew did a fantastic job painting our house. The house had not been painted in more than 16 years and needed lots of prep work. Brendan explained each step in the process and paid attention to all the details. they painted downspouts and vent covers so everything looks new. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the paint flakes after power washing and protecting plants from paint. We will hire them again!

Brendan and his team were great. Brendan noticed imperfections in the ceiling even before painting and had those fixed right up. We hired Lottys company for first floor ceiling and deck and both look fantastic. You will not regret choosing this company for your painting needs. Very flexible and stayed late just to make sure the job was done perfectly.
