My mother in law recently needed an emergency replacement of her AC. Living out of state my husband and I weren't able to help and the warranty company kept dropping the ball. All of our hearts were touched by the kindness that was shown by the personnel at Precision. They replaced her AC working late and in the rain. After the warranty company failed her, she had to pay out of pocket but the Precision crew had her comfortable and no longer worrying in less than 24 hours. Thank you all for being there when we couldn't and the warranty company wasn't. May God bless all of you!

I shopped around at a bunch of local companies and Mr. Craig is who earned my business in not only replacing but upgrading my air handler. His prices were fair and service is great. Local to Erath and they showed up quick every time.

Fast, friendly and very professional service was provided. Our A/C wasn't cooling our house down and in this Louisiana heat, cool A/C is a must! Craig efficiency diagnosed the issue and fixed it with ease! We will definitely contact him for our HVAC needs.

Called Craig at Precision for a second opinion after another company in town gave some less than palatable quotes to repair/replace my ac. Precision came out, found the problem, got the part, and fixed the ac all within two days of my initial call. On top of the great customer service with squeezing my repair in quickly, choosing Precision saved us several thousand dollars. I cannot recommend this company enough.
