I have had the ongoing pleasure of working with Midge Grunstra. Midge is a one of a kind true professional, going above and beyond seems to come so easily to her. I had a rental for my daughter and I for this summer that went South when the owner sold the property and the new owner didn't have our week available. This was a low end rental in comparison as we just needed a small place for my young daughter and myself. Midge gave us the gold star treatment and worked non stop until she was able to find us a place that turned out to be even better for the week I wanted. This lady is top notch and

This review is of 1004 Ocean Avenue, a rental listed with this agency. My grandmother has rented 1004 Ocean for our family for over 10 years, despite recently declining conditions at the property. This year I arrived to find three of my family members, who the night prior had stayed on the second floor of this property, with large bites covering their bodies. A quick search pointed to bed bugs and we notified the realtor and owner.
Their initial response was to help, but the best they thought they could do was to have an inspection performed the following day for treatment two days later.
