More pleasant and accommodating he could not have been when I called to inquire about sending some flowers. The recipient was thrilled with the dozen roses that I requested be sent in a box. They were fresh,beautiful, there when I wanted them to be there, so it could not have gone any better. Thanks Pete's!!

I Have a regular flower shop that I use all the time but they couldn't deliver on the same day. I ordered an arrangement from Pete's Flowers in Hollywood because of it's proximity to the Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital and the fact that they could deliver the flowers the same day. The arrangement that I chose has at least six varieties of flowers as you can see. The one that was delivered has three. I also very SPECIFICALLY asked for no yellow or orange. In fact I mentioned stargazer lilies specifically. As you can see, The main color in the flowers that were delivered is yellow

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars! This shop deserves it. I was in an absolute pinch and needed an arrangement delivered to a studio within the hour. Bob took it upon himself to put it together and personally deliverd the bouquet. I live in another part of the state but my friend sent me a picture and it was gorgeous. I can't thank you enough Bob!

Well, the story of this nightmare with this horrible florist just got worse. They told my credit card company that the flowers were delivered and they dispute my reversal of charge for not getting the flowers ON VALENTINE'S DAY! This is unbelievable. 1.) They don't deliver the flowers and then 2.) They dispute when you try to keep your own money for NOT getting the flowers delivered. I believe in Karma and they will get there's, I just wish I would be there to see it. This is a scam business, there is no doubt. I will now be taking them to Small Claims court to get my money back

Ordered Valentines day flowers for my wife two weeks in advance. They were not delivered on the day and the company did not answer my phone calls answering machine messages or emails - for days. I even drove past their location in Hollywood twice but they were closed.
Four days later, just as I'm about to start a transaction dispute with my credit card company they finally answer the phone and I manage to get a refund.
I've ordered flowers several times in LA, my advice is to use any other company than this one.

This place MUST be a scam. Ordered flowers and they NEVER got delivered and they stopped answering their phones the day before and on Valentine's Day.
But! Received an email asking for a review on the flowers that NEVER CAME! I want my money back and no one has been responding.
Never order from this place -- one of the most important days of the year for the flower place and they ruin it.

These guys are horrible...Ordered Flowers last valentines day from them and they were never delivered...You would think I would learn my lesson! I ordered for delivery today (Valentines Day) over a week ago...They didnt deliver them until 4pm...Valentines day is over at 4pm...The recipient of the flowers left work at 4:15pm so she had them for a whole 15 mins before leaving...On top of all that...the flowers were soooo bad I am embarrassed they were even delivered...For $135 you would think they would be ok...no there was soooo much filler! did not look anything like the picture..

I am fairly picky about flowers, but this bouquet was tastefully done, very elegant and so amazingly creative. The flowers stayed fresh a long time, too. Ivy and her floral team are so kind and were a joy to talk to on the phone. I highly recommend them and would buy flowers from them ANY day! I wish more florists were like them.

Friends from Nashville sent me flowers for my birthday, and didn't realize I was out of town. Bob from Pete's Flowers was kind enough to call me and send me a text to make sure I'd be available for delivery. When I told him I was away but could arrange for him to leave them, he rescheduled my delivery TWICE when my travel plans changed so that I could enjoy them when I returned. The flowers were arranged BEAUTIFULLY, and have lasted far longer than any flowers I've ever received! On day 11, I'm still enjoying them! Huge thanks to Bob and the whole team at Pete's Flowers

Booked a delivery of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. My credit card was charged but no flowers were delivered. Tried to call them and their answering machine kept picking up (and the message does not sound like a business). Sent an e-mail and it bounced back because their inbox was full. (That's what the bounce back message said). A few days later, I got a notice that I would get refunded. That's great but I'm still in the dog house for missing Valentine's Day!

This "business" charged me 114.98 dollars for Valentine's Day flowers. Never delivered. I've contacted them twice about a refund, but sure enough, no one ever wrote back.
They both ruined Valentine's Day for me and my wife, and now I have to get to the process of disputing a charge with my bank, since they don't seem to care.
Starting to suspect it might be a scam.

I'm not sure what went wrong here. Spent $100 on an arrangement that did not look anything like the website advertised (even spent an additional $10 to upgrade to the deluxe version). I also did not receive accent flowers as requested in the order (at $6.50 extra).
Will not order from them again unless they intend on producing a product that meets expectations, especially for what they charge.
Website was user friendly and deliver was on time, but considering what was delivered, I would not recommend.

I have used Pete's Flowers a few times.
Each time I am disappointed. The arrangements come out looking thin and almost without any notice of care or preparation. Having grown up in a family that ran a flower shop for over 20 years I understand the challenges of a small business but this is unacceptable.
After giving this shop a few chances I am done.
My best advice is to shop elsewhere.

Amazingly kind, thoughtful, and responsive people. Bob is the kind of person you want to give business to! At the last minute I wanted to order tons of rose petals and blue hydrangeas to use to propose to my girlfriend. Other florists either couldn't get a hold of the flowers I was looking for or just seemed more focused on making money then making the day special. She said "yes" and Pete's Flowers made the event truly special!!

I was looking for a very last minute corsage and boutonnière for my brothers prom. I called a bunch of places and all of them were booked or needed at least a week in advance to make them, totally understandable. I called Pete's Flowers and was told they could have it ready the next day which was perfect! Talked to a very nice lady on the phone and explained to her what I had in mind and she referred me to Bob.

Ordered a bouquet from Pete's for my gf on Valentine's Day. The flowers were NEVER DELIVERED! I ordered them the morning of 2/13 and got a confirmation and everything. Tried called the shop to check status and the cell phone number they provided but nobody answered. If a florist can't get Flowers delivered on Vday then they are useless. Never ordering here again!

Bob could not have been nicer and helped come up with a one of a kind arrangement. A small business that clearly goes out of it's way to help you get exactly what you want.
I would use them for all occasions. clearly they have some haters on here trying to put them out of business -- but my experience was excellent.
