Lady that answered is a complete and utter mess. She’s rude and even hung up on us with 0 conversation. I will be contacting my business associates to remove them from their lots.
These guys have no business being in business at all.

Was parked in the residential lot, towed my vehicle, I had to fly out of town due to an emergency with my grandfather, when I called Brenda had no sympathy and just kept repeating that it would be $285 to get it back. Even tho it’s my vehicle in the lot I’m paying for. Also when I moved there I was told by the land lord that any vehicle that was registered to the building wouldn’t be towed even if it didn’t have the paper in the windshield, then they proceeded to say they didn’t care, and even if my land lord called they would still charge me. People of this are of poor quality. Also

Predatory tow company. I'm diabetic and may be in emergency room before nights end.also have a bad hip and left my cane in my car thinking it was a quick in and out at my friends. Came back and my car was gone. No posted signs. No warning, no regard. Predator. Evil. Steer clear. Bad people.

Absolutely garbage, towed my car from a residential lot, telling me my permit was not posted when the thing is made of paper and doesnt stay up. Proceeded to tell me that "if I followed the rules I wouldnt get towed", how am I supposed to control a flimsy piece of paper falling of my mirror. They are utter trash and need to be shut down

Absolutely horrible! They are contracted with my son's apartment - his permit was on his dashboard because it wouldn't stay on his rearview mirror. They towed it anyway - Then he had to wait outside 30 minutes for someone to help them because they were on tows. When they did get there, he made them wait longer so he could put the dog away. Then come to find out the car had not even been there 24 hours but they charged him 30 dollars for an extra day because it was over night!

Was at our apartment building and parked in the front lot for under an hour so I could run up and pack and head out right away. Am 8 months pregnant so didn't want to walk across the street. Figured on a Sunday early afternoon it would be fine. Once back down the car was gone and they would have had the car for less than half hour at that point and it cost 200 to get back. Such a joke.
