Engineering and design is the backbone of any project. TDI has designated the 14 coastal counties and some areas of Harris County to be in the catastrophe area. Windstorm inspections allow for wind and hail insurance coverage, over applicable structures located in 14 counties along the Texas Gulf Coast.

Beware! Mr. Moreno past a home I purchased as good. He did not do a full inspection he failed to inspect the left exterior brick wall of my home, which had numerous cracks, he noted there was over jacking. Which affected the structure of my home. My home has flooded numerous times and deadly toxic mold was discovered . My health and my familys health has been affected by it severly. My home is now concidered
