Omar and his team are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. They helped us replace our old garage door. Quote was reasonable and they were honest about the project throughout. They managed to finish the work very fast and it was during the holiday season. In general it was a very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Both rollers broken on my roll up garage door. My car stuck inside the garage. Called Omar, the owner at approx 11:45 am He said someone would be at my house between 2 and 3 pm the same day. Caesar, one of his techs showed up at 10 minutes after 2pm. Very prompted. He replaced 2 rollers, repaired broken cable, replaced 3 broken hinges, which I was unaware that they were broken. Caesar also did some preventive measures on the system and was completely finished in less than an hour. Parts, including springs warranty for 5 years Parts and labor much, much less than want I expect. Highly recommend

Callous, rude treatment of elderly customer.
My 84yo father hurt his back during the repair appointment. When the tech arrived, he said that there wasn’t enough space for him to work, and that some heavy items must first be moved. So my father moved them and hurt his back.
I’m disappointed that in these difficult times such callous unkind behavior is acceptable. The tech could have offered options for returning at a future time, after the items had been moved in a safe way, or shown even minimal concern for an elderly man’s safety.

I worked with Omar directly. He responded to my query and texted over a list of openers that would work for my requirements along with the price. He showed up on time and quickly replace the broken unit. He also made some minor repairs to other hardware. There was one smaller job that required a second visit but again the process was straightforward. All this work happened during the shelter in place and Omar always had a mask and made me and my family feel safe as he completed his work. I recommend working with Level 10 Overhead Door.
