First time visitor and all the staff treated me like a customer! They do a 5 star customer service from receptionist to doctor and everyone in between!!! Everyone was very thorough and explanation were explained with understanding. I left with no questions and my next 6 month appointment set. An excellent team of people.

New Patient Fail... After scheduling in June for an August appointment, we called the week before to confirm our times and were told that they couldn't find us in the system. We confirmed from our records that we had called them in June and provided the details that we were given. We are now wishing we would have requested a confirmation email.
The customer service people were very professional and courteous. We were told that the next available appointment was in October, but we don't trust the next appointment would actually get booked...
