The experience of what you'll get from this job is solely based on the location. I'm an ambassador for GW and I've been here since November . For me everything is great , the job is very self explanatory and isn't hard at all. But there is always a new flow of MHS co workers and staff. I would also like to be able work my way into a higher position in the company and not feel like im in a stalemate or just a better job opportunity. I believe this may come with the expansion of the company …. just thought I should note that

READ IF UR PREMED/DENTAL/HEALTHCARE/Also if u like being treated like a person.
I worked under them at the INOVA Fairfax Campus for more than half a year. The management simply does not care about you.
Once they hire you, they forget about you and you stop being important to them. Robert the manager in INOVA Fairfax NEVER answered calls, said he would call back and never did. Whenever I wanted to speak with him he would tell me he is busy and doesn't have time to meet. He makes promises he doesn't keep (told me he would give me 10 hours instead of 8 and didn't)
PREMEDS: I got this job thinking

You dónt get get pay for holidays. If you damage the car, the company pay only 1k, and you pay the rest. It's not good at all. Winter is cold, and it's not good to work outside. There are many jobs out there better than this one. Most elderly people work here bc they can't find any job... i work for them couple months then quit
