Spoke to a rep for a tow truck which would take about another. I was able to start my car and got about a half mile closer to my house. I called this place various times to let them know, that I was still needing the tow truck but they never answered their phone or called me back. After getting my car started and moving about a half mile at a time, I eventually made it home. This place didn't bother answering their phone or even having the courtesy or professionalism to check on my status. How pathetic but thank you for saving me $100. 😀

Great customer service. Showed up early. Charged what they said they would over the phone. Drivers quite knowledgeable about vehicles and problems associated with them. Even made recommendations on brands to buy and avoid based on what they see in the field. A unique perspective I wasn't expecting.

Scheduled the day prior for a tow the following day between 10-1030. Driver did not show up until 1145. Why schedule appointments and not have a truck available? When scheduling the appointment I was quoted $65 and ended up being charged $70, even after being over an hour late. The driver was also rude trying to coerce my wife to take my car to their preferred shop and not the dealership. I do not recommend them and won’t be using their service in the future.

It took two hours for them to come and take my car to the mechanic. I was told they weren't "close close" but he would be on his way after he was done with his previous calls paper work. One hour later he finally showed with 30 minutes left until my mechanic closed. It was extremely inconvenient and I will not be using them again.
