Brought my kitten in because she was not eating after being spayed a few days earlier, and was vomiting anything she tried to drink. Was given fluids sub cue and a shot for nausea and sent home. Was still vomiting 2 days later so I took her to emergency vet clinic where they realized she was having a reaction to the rabies shot she had gotten, not just a reaction to trauma from spay. Was given steroid shot and within 12 hours, she was fine. This issue was overlooked by HS vet and it cost me 120.00 more. This could have been avoided.

Took my much loved dog in to be euthanized she had fought a long battle with cancer. Everytime time I brought her in I never saw or spoke to the Vet. Messages had to be given to her assistant. Here I am devastated about having to end my dogs life whom I loved so much. I'm crying, Vet comes in doesn't say a word. Assistant puts my little dog in head lock. Vet shaved a small area on her leg and my dog starts yelping/ screaming because she's in pain again Vet says nothing. Then Vet sticks her with needle and says "she'll go to sleep now. I'm crying histaricaly, my sweet dog is screaming and staring

Office staff was great 5star not seeing vet 1 star. we just talked to a tech never got to visit with the VET and that's a first for us wonder if the vet was even in. Most of the time you do we felt like what we conveyed to tech wasn’t past to phantom vet. So we took the sick kitten to another vet she had respiratory infection and got antibiotics. We won’t be back.

Very helpful my 12 week old Husky/German Shepard mix has parvo and they caught it in time to help us save his life we couldn’t afford to hospitalize him and they made sure we knew how to treat him at home the way they would in the hospital. The staff was very helpful and very sweet they made sure my furry baby was in good hands!
