My experience echoes that of a lot of the other reviews. TLDR: Don't buy from this florist under any circumstance! During the shopping and payment process online, it was consistently represented that the flowers would be delivered on the same day on Valentine's Day. At around 8 pm that day, I got an e-mail notifying me that the flowers were delivered.
However, according to my wife, the flowers were never actually delivered. My attempts to reach the florist to clarify or resolve the issue have been unsuccessful because they are unresponsive to calls and emails. Further, I attempted

I ordered the beautiful Teleflora's Luxurious Lavender Bouquet - Deluxe. Originally, I found it on another website and noticed that they were going to tack another $40 onto the arrangement the day before, day of and day after Valentines Day. I found the same arrangement at Patuju which did not charge more for the holiday. Once I read these posts I got scared and called the number and yes, it went to voicemail. I googled the florist and started investigating. There are two locations. The one on Rusk which showed a number that went straight to voicemail and the other on Creek Meadow Dr

I'm glad Colleen got her flowers today because my wife didn't. I ordered well ahead of time and was given a runaround when I did get someone on the line today. I'm not terribly unreasonable, I'm sure it's their busiest day of the year but it's important to deliver flowers on Valentine's day if that's what you planned on doing. Take your money elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "FLORIST"! I ordered to have a plant delivered 2/16. My credit card was charged and...no delivery. I called (2x) and emailed and NO response - I left them a VM that I will cancel if I don't hear back from them by 2p...crickets. I just went to 945 McKinney...they have a mailbox at a UPS Store! I WILL be getting my money back.
