Ok I haven't actually had my vehicle repaired there yet, but I did fill up my tires with air (free) which is not easy to find. I did call after hours and got a call back when they opened the following morning. My sons car needed a repair and he couldn't wait for an appointment. I ran into a customer in the parking lot and he raved about the service and owners. I've only heard good things.

Coleman's has been the best.
We discovered them via AAA, since they are highly rated by AAA and also provide towing services.
They are usually slammed with business, and it pays to plan in service advance. Having said that, when it's an emergency they will do their best to accommodate.
I was driving and my vehicle started to sputter and then engine light came on. I immediately went to Colman's and they looked at it immediately even though it was around 4:30pm on a Friday. They discovered the issue was the distributor showed me the issue and I could hear the skipping and grinding

My wife brought in our Suburban for Vermont inspection. The vehicle was denied inspection due to "bald tires" and "bad brakes". When my wife pressed the service manager regarding the tires being in very good condition he relentlessly agreed. We brought in the vehicle to another station and they said that there was plenty of brakes left. Obviously Coleman's is not very forthcoming.

Great auto repair shop. Had a problem driving nearby around 4:30, drove in without an appointment and they saw me right away and right before they closed. The issue was actually easier to fix than I thought, and they did all the work for free. Great, knowledgable group of people working here. No other place I'd want to go to for any car trouble whatsoever.

These folks were incredible. At 4:30 on Friday my car broke down coming into Manchester Vt. AAA towed my car there but I was on the phone with them to see if it could get fixed on Saturday while I was in Manchester for the weekend. They make calls to ensure they had the parts asap and fixed the car on Saturday. Took a credit card over the phone and left the keys so I could pick it up. I was so grateful! This could have been a big nightmare, but they were awesome. I had to find them and write a review. So pleased and grateful.
