Services
We cater to installers needs by making sure that the patterns are accurate and have level center lines. The placement of mounting holes and screws are taken into thoughtful consideration before applying. Patterns are assessed before drilling the drain holes to insure proper placement. Raceways are engineered for structural integrity and flanged for ease of mounting.
Waterjet cutting is a perfect solution for the precision cutting of unique and custom architectural components that would otherwise require expensive conventional machining. Waterjet cutting does not generate levels of heat that cause thermal damage or discoloration of raw materials, making the process perfect for inlays, custom designs and shapes, and logos.
You can provide us with your graphics or we can print them in house with our latex designjet L26500. We guarantee beautiful prints every time. All mounting options are available. Raceway, wireway, flush mount, backsplash or we can mount to sign cabinet faces, whatever your design calls for. Channel letter designs often call for FCO, non illuminated letters, and/or small design elements that most channel letter wholesalers will not manufacture.
All freight is shipped out via standard ground service, which generally takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. For faster delivery at an additional fee we also offer priority services. We take great care in crating our product to meet or exceed the industries standards for common carrier shipments to ensure maximum protection of your sign.
