Foods served for 2 hours from chafing dishes. Buffet tables with linens and skirting provided. Foods prepared on sight of event from our portable kitchens. Clear Plastic plates, plastic cutlery, paper napkins, plastic cups and ice provided All uniformed personnel for prep, serving and clean-up provided.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your assistance in setting up the Friday night barbeque for my firm. The attorneys are still raving about the barbeque sauce, even tried to convince Rafael to give them the recipe. Again thank you for your assistance, both Rafael and his assistant were very helpful and professional.
