We had a great experience with Michael’s overall! This was our second time using them as they replaced the carpet in our first house 6 years ago, and we knew we wanted to use them again. Jordan in the store made the process for picking the right carpet extremely easy as well as helping rearrange dates for install last minute to fit with our closing date. Gallo did a wonderful job with the install as well! We would recommend Michael’s to anyone looking to replace their home flooring!

Jordan Bell and Gallo with Michael’s Wholesale Flooring did a fantastic job for us. We got a much higher quality carpet and padding for a better price than we imagined. The service at the store, communication regarding back orders, expected delivery, and installation times were greatly appreciated. The installers were clean, courteous, and professional. The job was well done with no damage to furniture and they left our home as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. We’re very happy and look forward to getting the last two rooms done by them early next year.

This is our second time of using Michael’s for our flooring needs. This time Jordan was a pleasure to work with on our project. He was able to organize everything quickly. The quality of the flooring met our expectations. The installation team was on time, organized, neat and clean. I would definitely use Micheal’s again!

We worked with Jordan on a solution for our main bedroom and closet. We selected a textured carpet, which had to be ordered. Jordan kept us informed all the way through the process and arrived as he promised! We had painters and the installation accommodated our needs. Gallo, the install crew was awesome, super-fast and respectful. Excellent service overall!
