Apparently the initial install was not done correctly and the electrical service install was delayed for 6 weeks. So since no start up or testing of the system was done initially I called to request an inspection. Well there was water all over the floor since the condensate pump was installed incorrectly and several wires were attached errantly. I credit the service man for recognizing the defects an correcting them. Fortunately the system appears to be repaired since we are in the middle of the heating system. Despite the install deficiency, we recommend Mesaba Heating & Conditioning since all

Even before the serviceman came to my house, the woman and the man I talked to on the phone to setup my appointment were AMAZING, so polite, very knowledgeable, and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what needed to be done to my system.
They did a reminder call for my appointment the day before and the serviceman showed up early. He informed me of what he was going to do, how long it would take, and answered all of my and my husbands questions. So polite as well!
We appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Josh came to my house to do the annual maintenance on my AC & furnace. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms. He was not rushed & did a very thorough job. Josh was very friendly & knowledgeable. He has a nice personality & is a great tech! I feel very confident that my AC & furnace are in good running condition with Josh doing the maintenance!! Mesaba Heating is the BEST!
