This place is trash. I took my senior pictures at the new Lenox location and they made the mistake of putting the wrong picture in my yearbook. I called them and so did my mom and they refused to change it, even though it is not solidified or printed yet. They said they didn’t make a mistake and won’t do anything about it. I wish I could give zero stars because senior pictures are very important for high school and I don’t even get the picture that I wanted for my yearbook. I am beyond upset about this whole situation and will not be buying any pictures from them.

We love Burns Photography! My kids have been photographed by Bruce from preschool to their high school senior portraits. (So happy that the Lincolnway schools use him!) and..when it's time for weddings we will use him as well! His photographs are beautiful and he always knows how to capture that perfect smile. We also have used him for our business photos for our website and these photos look so professional they look like they belong in a magazine. LOVE LOVE LOVE BURNS PHOTOGRAPHY!

Great studio! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and photographers that have been in business for a long time because of their values and desire to find and photograph your best self.

My son received his football pictures the other day and the photo is absolutely terrible, he looks like he has 2 black eyes obviously retouched because my son doesn’t look like the picture at all! When I contacted the company the response was condescending! I see the owner responded to another review saying they give refunds if you aren’t happy well he down right refuses to give me a refund and tells me to bring my son to the studio and pay half price for the package instead!

Place is very nice. Staff is respectfully and kind. Orders for picture are beyond ridiculous with pricing. I personally, paid over $400 for 4 pictures that were smallet than 12x12. Besides the pricing, place is fantastic.

We had same experience, took our 2 little ones for Christmas with Santa Dec. 2014 at the Mall, husband and I were standing aside watching our children get pictures done, our teenage daughter was on fone and he turned to use screaming and yelling hysterically that we were taking pictures behind his back, you know teens always on their fone, and accused us of stealing pictures he began to scream for security guards at that point husband told photographer off, I took my children away from the scene they were scared & didn't understand what was going on they were 6 and 1 yrs old, security

The photo shoot was wonderful. great backgrounds and the outside settings are lovely. our photographer was a young woman who got my 17 year old to smile which is close to miraculous. wonderful experience, but pricey! haven't done price comparision though...

They capture your childs school memory, make you order pictures without seeing a proof, overcharge you, won't combine shipping on multiple orders, won't let you pick up in store to save the ridiculous shipping charges and don't give a damn about you because they control the pictures. Maybe we'll just have to talk to the schools about cancelling their contracts and getting someone who understands customer service............I would like to add, quality wise, they are very good. The rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Professional photography. Personal service. Truly gifted photographers and creative studio props. They always capture the best images. I use them for all our family photos and special occasions. I also use them for business.

Worse place for pics the photographer is very rude and ignorant and I would never use again Went there got easter pic in mall looked at my phone while standing to side the photographer started hollering at me like i was doing something wrong and told me I shouldng be looking at my phone I should be paying attention to my kid my husband was standing in front where my daughter was and me looking at my phone is none of his business where I was standing u couldnt get a pic and he was hollering at me like I was getting one then tells us just get your kid and go I told tge guy we are buying your pics
