I had a frozen pipe in 2019. CJM came ill prepared and said their equipment to thaw pipes was not working. They proceeded to borrow my wife's hair dryer to try to thaw the pipe. Did not work. Finally, they had to borrow working equipment from someone else. They also drilled a 4 inch hole in my beam (that proved to be useless because they couldn't even get through all the way). They said it was not a concern. After doing some research about it, I contacted them directly in 2020 and I never heard back. They still charged me, I believe $750 for this unprofessional nonsense.

I work at a very fast-paced Animal Daycare and unfortunately our water pump that controls our entire water system in the building had a severe crack in one of the pipes causing our basement to become a bit flooded. I called Chris and he came out within 20 MINUTES to take a look and had it repaired within 48hrs! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else or using any other business that would give me the quality and quick service that he provided for us. Chris and the crew were there in my time of need. A hot water heater problem led to the need for a new on installed. I was concerned to be without hot water for an amount of time but Chirs ordered it and his crew delivered and installed it in no time. They were professional...safe (masks)...courteous (shoe booties) and top notch. Thank you so much. I will use CJM plumbing for my needs from now on and in the future.

Whole crew very professional and courteous, came in did job and cleaned up after. Replaced our furnace and repaired our waste pipe . Definitely would recommend to everyone !!!!! 😷👍
