Quick response driver told me 20mins and arrived no less than 20 mins! Very reasonable price. Made sure me and my child got home safely in the cold! Very professional gave me car advice and offered to take me to autozone to get parts! Definitely would recommend this service to anyone in need!

Superb customer service! I didnt feel like they were just about charging me up for the tow. It was reasonable, affordable and I was happy with the price. Also, going above and beyond by waiting to make sure I could be serviced where I was dropped off. I appreciated that and felt safe and cared for. That's not rare! So thanks so much! I quoted several tow companies to have my Camaro towed almost 30 miles and BBLB had the best price hands down! The truck driver Lou was so nice and he was on time and handled everything perfectly. His communication with me was A+++!! In past experiences with tow trucks, I was always extremely over charged and always had to wait hours for them to arrive. Not Lou, he was there when he said he was going to be, did not having me waiting at all. I will never use anyone else ever again as long as they are in business, they are my go to guys and I will definitely be spreading the word! Thanks again Lou

I reserved services a month in advance and the owner seemed helpful at the time. I was told a week before they would call to confirm and no one did. I had to call and confirm and when I did, the owner didn't remember the information. I then called a day prior as to inclement weather was in the forecast and the owner said to call in the morning. I did and had to call multiple times and all I was told was that he was working on it and he would call me back. He didn't and after several attempts I finally texted and still no good answer. The owner of the company is rude and horrible. The tow truck driver was a sweetheart. I called today needing a tow or so I thought. When the driver arrived he said I didn't need a tow, the panel underneath my car got caught under the car. The driver said he wasn't going to charge me the full towing fee because I didn't need a tow. However the owner insisted I pay for the full tow whether or not I got towed. The driver felt horrible, it took for my husband to flip his lid and drive to my location for them to take the discounted amount. Again, the driver was compassionate and reasonable

I called about 9pm to Schedule a full paid in advance move the gentleman was very short with me told me that it was after business hours and to callback within business hours which is extremely understandable but at the same time before I could give a name or receive a name he hung up on me and I felt as though it was very unprofessional and if you're not available do not answer yourself phone the telephone on your business line I rather leave a message then to be disrespected in not treated as a client It's only the way you go about business that you can continue business.

Moving is a very stressful time with a lot of moving parts and uncertainty. The last thing you need is to worry about your movers. I've moved many, many times and Big Brother Little Brother are the easiest I've ever worked with.
A couple weeks before the move somebody came out to check out my stuff and gave me a very reasonable, FLAT RATE, estimate. I had to change the date a couple times because the closing on my houses got moved around and they accommodated me without any problems or extra charges.

These guys are definitely the best priced movers I've been able to find. They are nice and polite and will do what you ask. E.V. (also goes by Mike ) is one of the more professional staff members so it helps to talk with him first.
The company as a whole isn't the most professional; I was moving out of state and we had a scheduled time but the morning of the move I was told the movers arrived to work unaware that they were to be driving to NJ. Therefore, they were about 2 hours late.
Also, when I tipped the men at the end of the day one of them counted the money in front of me.

I've called upon these fellows twice now for hasty moves. They're quick, cheap, efficient, prepared to move despite rainy weather, and are the nicest movers I've ever witnessed! Seriously, a moving job with BBLB is full of joking around, witty banter, and even some singing! Would recommend them over and over again.

It was like having your best friends help you move. They were friendly and worked hard. But it was two guys and a truck. Not even a blanket to protect the furniture from bumping and breaking nor from the rain and it was raining. They asked if I had one to borrow. It took many hours ( and more $$$) since there was no dolly. Items were broken. I did get reimbursed after numerous calls and emails. Labeling the boxes did nothing whether "fragile" or the room it should go to. Again, it was like having your friends help you. Very nice guys but didn't feel like paid movers. Felt like

My father helped book movers for a June 26, 2015 move. After Chris spoke to my father and ensured all would go well with the date and time, I followed up to let him know I needed furniture covers and things that would not scratch or break my furniture. I had a confirmation text and call the previous day and the two guys were on time. After that EVERYTHING went down hill. Not only did it take them over 2 hours to move only half of my apartment (it took less than 2 hours to get everything in), they were rude, incompetent and didn't know how to even do their job. It took me almost 2 weeks to calm down enough to write this review. First, I WILL be reporting them to the BBB when I can calm down even more. To start, it was a 1 (ONE) hr move into the city.
First, the worst: They lost several boxes with one being extremely special memories, including an expired passport with all my stamps. I know what you are thinking, why was it not with me? Sadly, my car will filled with family photo albums and I have a very small car. This box continued jewelry from all over the world including every single piece I had ever made. Chris was able to set us up for our preferred in-city moving date with very short notice at a reasonable hourly price compared to a lot of the competition. The three movers led by Blane showed up right on time and worked quickly and steadily to get the job done in under the estimated amount of time. They three of them were friendly, moved very carefully in setting furniture on the new floors, and didn't damage a thing.
Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long while, but if we do we will definitely use Big Brother Little Brother.

Best moving experience I've ever had thanks to these guys. What a great group of guys - professional, efficient, kind, funny, respectful of each other and us & our stuff.
I appreciated them calling a couple times to confirm that day (was a monsoon outside) and calling me when they were on their way. They had a great system and knew what they were doing & the best way to go about it, which allowed them to complete the job so fast, I couldn't believe it. I am still in awe at how great they were. Highly recommend.

Hired this company fairly last minute....had tried other companies first which were booked solid for weeks. These guys came through. Left one star off for professionalism and punctuality. When communicating on the phone, it was hard to understand...babies in background. Made me feel like I wasn't dealing with a professional business. It rained on the day of the move and they called and asked to do another day...I said lets wait an hour. It stopped raining and they said they'd arrive in 15-20 min...more like over an hour. 1. These guys were able to move my stuff with only a week's notice. Everyone else I called was booked.

3. The movers moved my furniture in Philadelphia and did not damage it. They securely placed my furniture in the truck and covered everything with moving blankets.

I would never use these movers again. They were slow, taking over eight hours to move me across town (and I don't own that much stuff). They also scratches nearly every piece of furniture I own, and broke most of my plates and bowls by tossing them around. Instead of owning up to the fact that they scratched it, they hid the scratches by putting furniture on its side. Definitely avoid.

I am a first-time user of Big Brother Little Brother Movers. I was deeply impressed with the movers' punctuality, respect for my items and overall price. As the other reviewer mentioned, this was the ONLY trustworthy, insured moving business in the city that would accept my appointment date.
They have friendly, reliable customer service, and did not add additional charges based on floors, etc. At one point, I needed to borrow some tools and the guys let me use theirs as they packed and moved. They also allowed me to help out the process, which added to the value.

I had to move ASAP and I didn't have the time to plan/organize it. These guys were the only people I could find with less than a week's notice. For $375, I got 3 guys for 3 hours. I did next to nothing for those 3 hours and the guys were super friendly -- I wasn't even completely packed and some of my boxes were improperly taped, but the guys joked it off and kept moving -- they even re-taped my boxes and wrapped up the glass top for a coffee table.
