Stay away from this place! I ordered an arrangement from WILLOWBROOK FLORIST online for my mom to be delivered to her work. I received an email confirmation from WILLOWBROOK FLORIST. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I called at 11 am to make sure it was going to be delivered that day. I was told by the lady on the phone it was already out for delivery. The Florist is a couple of miles from her work. My mom left work at 4 pm and no flowers. I called and no one answered. I immediately received an email from THE ORCHID FLORIST saying the flowers were delivered at 2:11 (scam) They were not

Was told my flowers would be delivered by 3 and still haven't received them I call them and no body bothers to answer I left 2 messages to call me back and still no answer I called over 16 time and yet still no flowers i had to go buy some other flowers from a different store because the didn't arrive for our date and they just brought them at 530 and the driver was super rude so I told her I don't want them I want a refund horrible customer service the delivery driver also did not wear a mask upon delivery the flower looked nothing like I requested

Requested delivery by 2pm, they got there close to 4pm after office closed
Note: I see they left a response, but they are incorrect. They "girl on the phone" clearly stated they would get there by 2pm. I told her the office closed by 3pm. I'm not dumb enough to order flowers that might arrive an hour after closing. I suspect the person taking the order figured it would work out so told me it would make it but this was not the case.

Mad at myself for not reading other reviews before placing an order.
DO NOT order flower delivery from this place if you want flowers somewhere on a specific date or time.... which, by the way is a basic service of a flower shop. They are literally unable to do it.
On 10/2, I placed on order for flower delivery today, 10/7. I just got an email (at 6:30pm, 2.5 hours after closing) that the flowers were delivered at 2pm. Literal lies lol.
Trust the other reviews on here, and trust in the lack of empathy and responsibility in the business' replies to them.

Terrible place! Please stay away!
My mom ordered flowers for my Birthday and she was following up the day of my Birthday, hoping I will get them as a surprise. She was very excited and waiting for me to receive them... so she called the florist at noon asking for status and they told her that delivery person was already on its way to deliver the flowers to my apartment. This florist is 14 minutes away from my apt...so you would never think that it would take longer than an hour... so it was around 6pm when my mom, very frustrated told me about it. She told me that she had ordered flowers for me

They never promised a time since i ordered online and nowhere does it say they will deliver by the time you put in the notes.
I called later in the day to check up on the order. The women on the phone told me they should be delivered around 3 and they were and they looked great. I will continue using them.
Some of these reviews after reading seem very impatient. Things happen all the time especially around holidays. I see that if they do mess up which will happen time from time they will reimburse your money.
For a same day order and delivery i can't complain one bit.

~BEWARE~ I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered directly from their website yesterday for delivery today. Have been waiting all day for the delivery and still nothing!! I am so irritated and now the person who was receiving them is already gone for the day. We are literally less than 3 miles away. If the delivery does not happen before 5:00pm, I will be disputing the charge! I guess I should have scheduled the delivery for yesterday and maybe they would have arrived today! NEVER AGAIN!
