My HOA used Flores to paint our complex. Here is a rundown of their shoddy work:
1. They were contracted with painting the exterior of the building. This required them to access our back patio. They entered our patio, unscrewed the lamp attached to the wall so they could properly paint the wall. However they did not replace the wall lamp properly. Instead of screwing the pieces back in, they loosely screwed some and left it looking like it was back up. Now some of the pieces are missing requiring me to spend my own money to replace it.
In addition to this, they left the back patio a complete

We had Flores Painting and Drywall Repair come and repair our condo garage ceiling when our neighbors bathroom in their condo was leaking so the plumbers had to go through our garage ceiling to access it. They cut the new drywall, plastered and restored the finish like the surrounding area. It all matches beautifully and I can't tell where it was done. This company is on the top of my list of contractors.
