Before bankruptcy your sense of security feels compromised and is actually in a very fragile state. Often times people relate finances to personal uniqueness. Before bankruptcy this is broken. The decision to declare bankruptcy is difficult. The journey through a 5-year Chapter 13 is more difficult. What was NOT difficult was the invaluable expertise, recommendations, and advice throughout that we received from Diane and her office. Please avoid this lawyer, her approach to the law seems to be more about herself and not about the client. I had a miserable experience with Drain, and just felt like her facade is so obvious. Also, anytime she gets a bad review there seems to be a positive review the follows almost immediately afterwards, pretty clear that these “good” reviews are not legitimate.

Diane was fabulous during our bankruptcy, guiding us every step of the way. After medical bills got us behind, we didn't know where to turn and felt uncomfortable filing. I can't describe in a short review how much Diane and her team changed my life. I'm not being dramatic or cheesey. I had credit card debt piling up living alone, working in restaurants and the covid hit.
