I walked into this store because I simply needed help with finding a fitting box for a gift I had bought for a family member. I really appreciate how the nice lady helped me out, I really wish I would have asked her name. I will definitely be going back as I need two rings to be sized. While I was in there, I also could not help but notice the beautiful selection they had. If you are looking for a nice piece of jewelry definitely go to this store. A little kindness goes a long way and it's places like this that make a difference and stand out.

Could of had better customer service. She made the process very difficult. She told me shortening my bracelet would take 3 weeks plus another week until the owner comes in. I asked a question which she responded with rudeness and sarcasm. I do intent to wait and pay for the service. Hopefully, the bracelet will be cut to where I asked.

I definitely could have received better service.The workmanship on my jewelry repair was sub par and as a result, I had to return for them to correct the work, for which I was almost charged twice due to a lapse in internal communication. The owner Deb did call me shortly afterwards to apologize for the confusion, however by this time I had already decided I wouldn’t be back. I also had to wait over two weeks for what should have been a simple solder and to have my jewelry still not soldered properly was disconcerting. On a more positive note, the staff was friendly, but I expected much better

The customer service was horrible. They fixed two chains and when I went to pick them up, the owner stayed on the phone the entire time. Took the payment, and didn't even answer my question. Also, for the amount that was charged, you think he may have cleaned them. Extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend them. You try and give the smaller businesses the business, but with this kind of treatment, it's easier to turn to the internet.
