Not pleased with the outcome of my funeral flowers. I ordered two from this company and one is very nice the other is horrendous. Now the two stars is based off customer service. I told the lady I didn't order flowers like that and she argued with me saying I did instead of fixing the issue. Very disappointed as this is an extremely hard day for me and they wouldn't off to fix the mistake they made.

It's ridiculous if you go during a holiday like Mother's Day or Father's Day they hike up the prices they are not budging on prices it's ridiculous. I can come during a regular weekday and purchase a bouquet for $10 I come today and they want $25 same Bouquet I offered $20 and still they don't want to budge. That's why people come to LA to get good prices! But it's not worth it for the gas and the parking and if they're going to hike up the prices it's totally not worth it at all!

I've had this florist do floral arrangements for two funeral services for my beloved family. I was very pleased with the arrangements. Exactly what I requested! Their designs are very beautiful and flowers are really fresh. I received many compliments. Fair prices and worth quality. Customer service could use more training, more suggestions and friendliness especially when dealing with grieving customers. Overall, great experience! Arrangements in advancement is best, cash only. They offer curbside pick-up or delivery.

I was extremely pleased with their customer service and their prices. When i called to ask about their prices they advised their prices and also asked if i wanted to provide my phone number to receive pictures of the different arrangements and sizes. This is a Medium size Funeral arrangement for $85 and comes with the stand. Also if you want a band they charge $15 if you want the wording printed on it or it's free if you choose to go with their hand written band with glitter glue.
They were able to have it ready the very next day. Thank you David's Flowers !

My first experience at David's Flowers was was terrible to say the least. Not only was I grieving a loved one but I had to deal with the worse customer service ever! I placed my order on 11/20 at 12pm with Maria. I placed an order for angel wings to pick up Saturday morning 11/21 at 8am. When I spoke to Maria on the phone she assured me my order would be ready on time. While on the phone I also double checked if I would need to leave a deposit to make sure my order was fulfilled. Very impressed by this place. I needed to order floral arrangements 2 days before my uncle's viewing services and I'm so glad I called them. I found them in yelp and I didn't have to go into the store. Instead, we communicated through phone/text. They sent me pictures so I can get an idea of what the sprays look like. This place is the best place for funeral flowers. Sad to say, but for the past few months I had to purchase funeral flowers for loved ones that had passed. David's flowers has the best quality and best price out of the several florists I have tried for funeral flowers. I called the morning of the viewing, and spoke to Maria. In a business with so much competition David's flowers definitely goes above and beyond to help their customers. I came last minute to get an arrangement for my Doctor and although they were just setting up and didn't have many arrangements on display they were kind enough to make an arrangement for me on the spot! I went yesterday to order flowers for a funeral, customer service was great pricing was spectacular. I opted to pay a lil more for delivery so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Unfortunately flowers did not make it on time for service, which was upsetting because it was the only flower arrangement ordered for the service. Arrangement was beautiful!!!!! I couldn't have asked for more and for that I'm appreciative, my advice ask for it to be delivered a few hours before. I asked for 1030 for 11am service and flowers arrived at 1130

First I spoke to Jonathan and he was very sweet and very courteous in helping choose and decide which bouquet best suit the occasion. After that my experience was with Alejandra. Came down to the area looking for a funeral flower arrangement and wanted the best and largest arrangement I could find without getting ripped off. This place was it. They charged $35 for the delivery fee while neighboring businesses wanted $45-60 just for local delivery! Their prices are unbeatable, arrangement price was very reasonable.

Dealing with Jonathan was a delightful experience even during a difficult time before the funeral of our beloved one.
He was very accomodating in taking my orders from sample pictures that I provided him. He tried his best to match all of the flowers shown on the sample pictures. I helped my families to order 3 standing funeral flower bouquets, 1 half-casket flower bouquet and one receiptionist table flower bouquet (see pictures). The prices were very reasonable and competitive. Flowers delivered were just as what we all expected, so it was a very great deal for all of my orders.
