Absolutely the worst heating and air company you will ever deal with. I called their office simply to find out if I was on the schedule and for what day and what time and the guy at the office asked what my name was and I gave my husbands name because it was in my husbands name and he said well we don’t have you on the schedule yet because we had… to go through a third-party to go and get our furnace. I said how difficult is it for you just to tell me what day and what time and these people kept beating around the bush give me an excuse after excuse after excuse instead of answering
