Very hard to get ahold of after first quarter. Paid for services for the entire year. He is disinterested in helping customers, didn't seem very knowledgeable which made me not trust his work. When contacted for a good time to come in with my paperwork for quarterly filing the first couple times through email, I did not receive a response. Finally, after waiting for a response for a couple months, I tried again and it took over three weeks before I received a response. Even then, the response was to just do what you did before instead of being willing to sit down with me and discuss.
