Angela (I'm sorry if I got her name wrong) helped me out today by giving me a quote and evaluating the damage to my bumper. I felt that she was very honest and forthright about what needed to be done. As a woman I am often concerned about getting taken advantage of at car repair shops. Angela put me at ease, and I know she wasn't trying to swindle, which is a relief!

I would give a 5 star Rating if my car hadn't been in the shop for over a month. Other then that. They did an excellent job with the repairs on my vehicle And were in touch with me regularly to the best of there ability. went above and beyond with the repairs. I'd highly recommend to others if you damaged a newer car. They're a a top of the line certified auto body shop.

I was involved in a rear end hit and run collision and was referred to Vision Collision by an Arizona automotive group called AZ AMG.
Vision Collision had started the repairs on my vehicle in January 2021. It is now June 2021 and my vehicle is STILL not fully repaired to the condition it was in prior to the accident.

Tried to make me replace my bumper when I just needed to fix a striker plate so my trunk could close. They just want money out of their customers
Edit: Using the "correct manufacturing response" is just language to mask the fact that you may not understand how to fix the issue so getting multiple quotes whenever going through any repair or replacement can help a great deal. They will take advantage if you only get one quote and only know what they tell you. Good luck!!!

If you don't know about cars DO NOT take your vehicle to this Collision Repair Shop. They will con you as well as they hand off your vehicle to third party companies an refuse to take ownership of their mistakes. Left my 2016 with zero A/C when I had brought in had cool air an Freon in system verified by Jeep dealer. After they returned my vehicle A/C runs as heater. Trying to charge me for a compressor an discharge line at $1,000. Lucky had vehicle checked before bringing it in due to their bad labor the first time. This is only my second time needing an auto body shop. The first I had used based on recommendations of my insurance. My experience was...not good. This time, I called my favorite mechanic shop, Desert Car Care, and asked for a recommendation. They fell all over themselves to recommend Vision Collision. So pleased with the service. When the other driver's insurance wanted to squabble over cost and try to get me to pay out of pocket, Angela set them straight. And when I got my car back, it was pristinely detailed inside and out. Pretty sure I got it back nicer than I bought it 4 years ago.

Vision collision is the most honest and competent body shop I have ever used. They did an amazing job fixing the broken passenger door handle on my 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT. The owner was kind enough to research the proper parts at the lowest possible price to help us keep the cost down. We were treated extremely courteously by everyone we encountered there from the mechanics to the owner. It was obvious that this company really does care about their customers. We have since moved to an outlying area of Phoenix, but will definitely return should the Tiburon need more work. We definitely recommend

A while back I recommended a good friend of mine to this shop for repairs after an investigation of curb stability. She was greated by the friendliest of staff and things were explained in a way she could understand reguarding the repair process. During tear down for inspection more work was found to be necessary, with little mechanical knowledge the owner escorted her to the lift in the shop to explain and pinpoint the additional damage. She was very pleased with the quality of repair as well as the price and timeframe.

They had repaired my corolla quicker and cheaper than I had expected with amazing work! Angela had communicated very clearly with me what work needed to be done and walked me through the process so I understood exactly what I was being charged for. Being someone who doesn't know a huge amount about cars she gave me peace of mind in the quality of work and treated me more than fair. When my car was returned to me it looked great and they had so kindly cleaned the interior.

Don't get your estimate in a parking lot as I did. Brighton Ranch had gone out of business and my car had been left in their parking lot. Vision Collision assured me that they would repair the car as Amica Insurance estimate showed. This was to include detailing.
VC did no detailing and left the exterior as well as the interior still scratched and paint dinged. Interior dirty. To add insult to injury, Amica paid VC $1400 additional for extra work which VC never showed me, AND VC had the necessary extra paint to do the little additional detailing.

Absolutely the Best! Outstanding customer service in all areas. Honest and reliable. Door and locking mechanism working perfectly. Car was in much better condition when they returned it! The technician even armour-all'ed the interior and cleaned the windshield! I just can't say enough good things about this shop. We will most definitely be recommending and returning!

I was recommended to stop by Vision earlier this summer as all of a sudden one weekend my car started making some scary noises. It ended up being diagnosed as my front brakes needing to be replaced from what I tried to describe to an employee. I reached out to them via facebook because I work during the day and can't really pick up the phone.

My wife's Ford Escape had a big dent in the right front bumper that she claimed I caused. I don't recall but this bothered her greatly so I needed to get it fixed. We're relatively new to the area so I asked a young person who works at the CCRC were we life. He said, "my family has used Vision Collision for several of our needs and you couldn't do better." This turns out to be an understatement.....they are truly a throwback to when you could get trustworthy people doing a good job for a reasonable, fair price. I called in with a tire problem. The nicest woman told me she would help even though the repair shop could not help me with my issue. She had a very nice man come out and help me - he was there within 15 minutes. I believe in small business and cannot thank vision collision enough for helping me and truly caring about their customers! I will be referring everyone here in the future. Thanks again!

Very nice and professional to work with. My car was involved in a hit and run overnight and they were able to get my car in the next day and begin work. Very responsive when I would call with questions. Their quote was the lowest by far and the number of days working on my car was less than others had quoted me as well. Body work looked perfect upon completion. Would highly recommend and will return for future body work, hoping there is none though :)

They have fixed up 2 different personal vehicles for me and 3 different work trucks and all have been completely happy with. I just had my first car accident last week. I used faith auto works for my engine repairs and they highly suggested that I use vision collision. So I called and i talked with Todd what all needed to be done and he came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable/outstanding estimate that I couldn't miss out on. So I let him take my car in and the very next day it was done. They replaced my fender, headlight, front bumper and turning signal all at a very reasonable price. I just got my car back and I am beyond impressed. I couldn't afford to paint it to match yet but the cost of doing so is also

I, being the klutz that I am, backed my 2012 Ford Focus into the corner of the house as I was pulling out of the garage. . . it was a minor scrape but a deep one. I lived with it for months but it was unsightly and, as I had been repeatedly told, it isn't good to leave an area of the car damaged like that.
