Great little inn in sleepy Aspen. Rooms could use updating but you the price reflects that.

We had a wonderful experience. There was a misunderstanding with our room originally via phone. I asked to speak to the manager because the guy was very rude. The manager was extremely helpful and we got it worked out. Our stay was AMAZING. The place is very clean. The staff was great and I think it’s the same guy I spoke to on the phone so I’ll chalk it up to a bad day. This is a great location. Parking is close and easy. There were some sleds we could use on the hill by the lodge which my son loved. The rooms are very clean and cute. I appreciated the hospitality. If we ever come back to

Oh St Moritz Lodge, where do I even begin. I know I was in Aspen by the price of this place, but 245 dollars for a room that felt like it was a 30 dollar room elsewhere. When I first arrived, I felt like I found the one random corner of town that just didn't seem right. Granted the area is actually not that bad, and its only a few blocks away from the restaurants and bars.
When I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk clerk. He was nice and professional. He knew the area and gave some restaurant suggestions and marked them on a local map.

I walked up to my room, and you can hear the tv

Quaint little spot. Nothing crazy fancy but very comfortable. Great pool, a reasonable breakfast provided, and BEAUTIFUL garden. The place has a great community feel to it. The other guests and employees were all very nice.

For the price, in Aspen, I couldn't complain at all about our stay. The room was nice, and was clean. I loved the little kitchenette, even if all we used it for were a couple of wine glasses to sip Chardonnay while sitting out front of our room in the evening. I would stay here again.

This place is odd. I first went into the lobby and the first thing was a smell permeating the place. My only definition of it was a greasy old man smell

I got to the room and realized theres no AC ,but fans available.

The staff may be family because they are odd. One front desk clerk corrected me and was condescending upon arrival.

A tap on the door shortly thereafter said my tv volume was too loud ( i had fans on high to fight the room heat) only one thin window opens slightly too

I was shocked at the 10 AM checkout time. I asked the front desk if it could be extended.

I’m writing this while I’m still staying here since the owner, as well as Tom (one of his staff members), were incredibly helpful after our first night here. There was a baby across the hall that had a bad night, so we didn’t sleep well. The next morning I asked if they had a white noise machine we could borrow, which was a more of a shot in the dark but it’s always worth asking. At first they tried to move our room, but given that it was 4th of July weekend, they were all booked up. We appreciated their attempt at helping, but left for morning coffee. After we came back, Tom let us know

Had a wonderful time staying here with 2 friends, we drove up from Denver and got to the lodge late but had no problem getting set up with our room. The hotel itself is absolutely adorable and the pool area was serene and relaxing. It was fun to socialize with the other guests as well.
Will certainly be back for more stays in the future! Thank you!

Second time i've been cussed at and yelled at by st moritz worker Tom. there is people in and out of here and congregating by the front door entrance. it's not our fault that we got covid especially me when i don't leave the room except to go to the bathroom or shower. i have had everyone bring my fiancé and i groceries and everything else delivered. he isn't professional and should not be working here. his hospitality skills are at a 0.

My standard lodge review includes the number of drunk and verbal anacondas. No drunk anacondas here. In all seriousness this was one of the best hostel stays in my hostel stay life. I confused a couple from the basque country in Spain. I played the piano for an engaged couple from Montrose, Colorado, and unwittingly started to make a joke about dying in avalanches when a guy who has had five friends die in avalanches rudely interrupted. Great breakfast spread, fruit, waffles, eggs, coffee and tea. Great fireplace and views of the accumulating flakes. Whose woods these are I think I know

We were in town for a hockey tournament and the location of this hotel was perfect. It was a 5 minute drive from one of the rinks and a 1 minute walk from the other one. It was also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was awesome for the kids. The only complaints I have was the loose boards on the outside stairs and walkway to our room made it feel very unstable. The breakfast area did not accommodate large groups at one time. And the toilet in our room was a struggle to get to stop running constantly.

When I got there the night person gave my private room to another guest and they tried to put me in a shared room with four other people!!! Well they gave me a condo and said we have people going to come this afternoon but I could lay down and when my room was clean they wold call me !!! If the phone worked in the room that would have been fine but !!!! NO . This was the cheapest place near downtown Aspen but it was still $200/night for the room in my photos during the week of Christmas (yeah yeah peak time). Two twin beds and a small mini fridge. The mini fridge is really good though, froze my celery solid. You get 2 metal keys for your room.

The beds were pretty short though. Anyone taller than 5'7'' will be cramped. They were very comfy and soft. Not the bedspring type. Pillows were flat and blankets were alright. Good thing the heater works well.

Definitely reminded me of college dorming because the bathroom was shared for the

Can't wait to come back! This place is amazing the owner is really kind and the property is very well taken care of. I have never stayed at a hostel that has a heated pool or that served breakfast for free in the morning. The bathroom that are shared are really clean and the rooms that you have two beds in are pretty big. This place made me actually want to just hang out and enjoy the Mountain View. This is definitely the place to stay at if you are on a budget.

This place is pretty "rustic" and the breakfast in the morning is sloppy. Milk and juices not on ice, waffles thawing on a plate, not a very good selection. It was also very loud. For the price and location, the 4 stars make up for these things.

I had a decent stay. You get what you pay for. The shower could have been cleaner (moldy). Breakfast and happy hour was a very nice touch. I would have been happy with the place overall, however the desk lady (Angela) was incredibly rude every time i had to communicate with her before and during the trip. It took me a 30min phone call just to ask her if there was a place i could park my car because she agitatedly insisted on getting all my information for my stay before i could ask her a simple question.
