I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. After graduating with honors from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999, I commissioned into the Army Dental Corp to serve as a dental officer. Following a one-year residency in general dentistry at Ft. Lewis, WA, I served four years both overseas and stateside.
Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Thank you Dr Haskell and staff for always taking care of my family. With 7 of us we are there often. Every time is a pleasure. Especially thankful for you guys going above and beyond a current emergency with my husband. Dr Haskell stayed after hours to work on him and continues to check on him. 100% recommend for all ages! My kids are always asking “when do we get to go to the dentist” 😂

As a healthcare provider myself who owns my own practice, I can not say enough about Dr. Haskell and his staff. He is so personable. Rachel is amazing! Tracy is always friendly and Melissa is of course the best! The office is very clean and they make you feel very comfortable with all of the safety protocols they have in place!

Rachel has kept my mouth healthy for years and she is as good as it gets! Dr. Haskell is very caring, great sense of humor (which is wanted in a Dentist). He is an excellent dentist and is sensitive to what is best for you as an individual. All in all, the staff in this office is great. Good work always!
