As people that live in the community, we believe it is important to not only see reviews about the services rendered at a place but to hear and see accounts for the character of the people that are at the place.
Our 4 year old son sees the Bravo commercials every day before school and after school when we watch the news. After several months of seeing and hearing the commercials, he jumped up and said, "mommy record me!" and when I started he said "WHO ARE WE? BRAVO!"

Very Happy with the Service Department at Bravo Cadillac! Christian was able to take care of an issue with the tires of my SUV and had it done within a couple of hours! Excellent Customer Service! He was very friendly and took the time to explain the situation and options I had. I never write Yelp reviews but after my experience with Ernesto in the service department, I just had to! We're driving from California to Florida and my air conditioning went out. It's over 100 degrees for the whole drive so we obviously had to stop to get it fixed when we were passing through El Paso. Ernesto went above and beyond to help us, and even stayed after closing so he could drive us to the hotel we had to stay at for the night. He rushed to have it ready for us the next morning and even came to pick us up at the hotel. Thanks to Ernesto and the rest of the service department

Your sales commercial is out line, offensive and threatening to a prospective buyer.
The yelling is annoying and obnoxious.
Whoever the clown is trying to generate car sales with an assault weapon would make anyone with a family run the other way.
He is horrible for your business and if he continues to run that offensive ad, I can almost say your business will be run to the ground.
He tarnishes the reputation of Bravo Cadillac.

Most terrible experience drove down from Albuquerque nm to El Paso Tx bravo to purchase a 2015 Cadillac ATS. Price on car did not match the price they had on the lot. Appointment and commitment to purchase car was completed. Bravo Cadillac did not honor price listed on there web site even with the fact that I drove 4 hrs to get the car and 4 hrs back. I verified if car was in stock before I made the drive and still faced this issue, Still took the time to notify the General manager about the issue, he was extremely rude and unprofessional dose not consider his customers even though we are 2 time

Got a flyer in the mail advertising sale of cars at Bravo Cadillac and on the advertisement i had a chance to win an additional price. After i remove the tags on the advertisement i was the was a winner of 2500. After i call the number on the add i was told i was the winner. I stop by and of course they try to sell me a var. I try using the 2500 i won but of course the sales agent said it was just a scam to get people to go in. Unbelievable....the employee's are telling customers this is a scam.
They verify the code on my flyer and then gave me a scratch off that had about 25 to 30 boxes.

This is the worst place to get serviced at. First off, I was about to signed the papers for a brand new car when I noticed the rear door panel was taken off. Hmmm... Wasn't the salesman supposed to inspect the car prior to presenting it? So I switch to a higher trim and picked it up in the show room the next day. Scuffs on the rear bumper but I didn't bother because I could buff it out myself. Then I noticed the sun roof was dirty but I didn't want to tell the salesman. Again, he was supposed to inspect it.
