I sooo greatly appreciate lyn! she was very patient and kind and got a tow truck to my husband who was in our truck which broke down on the exit ramp of a very busy freeway asap! the truck driver was very kind and helpful - hopefully we will not need a tow service again - but if so, we will call 24/7!

My son was injured in a motorcycle accident out of town and was taken to the emergency room. We were not sure of the location of the motorcycle. When I called for help with this situation... the very first response was “I am sorry about your son”. He immediately asked for approximate location and then searched until he found it. He was in contact with me the whole time. He loaded it, took a picture and sent it to me. Then took it to the exact parking place requested. The service was ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying. I was stuck from a tire blow out on 75 on left shoulder. I called this company despite the preferred list Dallas Sheriff gave me. Nevertheless the lady on the phone stated she will have a tow truck out to me in 30mins. A hr went by nothing. Then finally the towtruck shows up witha regular tow truck. The lady on the phone was FULLY aware that my spare was NOT working and I needed a FLAT bed and my car needs to be towed to a near by tire shop. I am too pissed off. I paid $80.00. I was told by tow driver my $80.00 will refunded back. I am still waiting.....
