First, I've never written a review, but this warrants me writing one. My wife and I are both in sales related fields and we know what its like to work hard for a client. Max did just that.and it wasn't like it was even a million dollar sale. We were interested in a small half acre tract of land and Max worked his tail off for us.
From obtaining copies of the HOA documents to getting us access to the property. When the "sellers" agent was unresponsive, Max went above and beyond to get the information we needed. I will definitely be using Max again when purchasing property in the area and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking agent.

We found Kelly by accident really but from the beginning he treated us like we were not only his #1 priority but much like a close friend. I saw a listing for a house on 10 acres in jesup with looks a heck of a lot like an unfinished exterior with wood panels (probably plywood) which would rot away in no time if not wrapped with appropriate materials (tyvek etc) that allow a house to weather the elements.
My carpenter husband agreed with me, and we just happened to have a discussion with a superintendent with 45+ years of experience the other day about the very same thing.
Tried to call an agent to ask about it before going too far with an assumption, but I couldn't get through. It also just so happened the listing agent's phone
