I was a patient here a couple of years back. At first I was seen by Dr. Janowski which I loved and was very happy with. After Dr. Janowski left I was seen by Dr. Akbar which I did not like. She was very rude and offered no solution to my problem but had no problem in pointing it out. I was also schedule with the oral surgeon they have on staff which was out of network with my insurance. After that experience I have stayed away from them as I know this is a business however as a patient I don't like to feel like a $ sign and rather a human being whose best interest is being looked after and

I had a appointment for my daughter at 3:40 for her cavity filling. We got here at 3:30 and filled some forms. We waited about 2 hours. We were told at 5:25 the doctor finally got time to fill the cavity for my daughter. I am still waiting when I post this review. I will see how many more minutes I need to wait to finish.

I really enjoy going to Dental Pointe. Dr. Querishi is very thorough, knowledgeable, and always makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the process. The staff make you feel comfortable. I am terrified of dentists but needed work done. My dentist is Dr Querishi who is very knowledgeable and friendly. She very clearly explained all the procedures being done and continued to ensure I was doing OK during the procedures. I am very happy with the work done on my teeth.

Very nice and friendly staff from the front office to the dentist. Dr Gangaji is very kind and professional she gives lots of explanations about the situation of your mouth to solutions needed. She also has a soft hand and makes sure you are confortable. Her assistants are very kind and helpful too.

Everyone was perfectly pleasant at my first appointment! The office was extremely clean and quiet, exactly what I was hoping for when I walked in. Dr G. was friendly through my cleaning, and everyone did their best to make the experience as seamless as possible. Everything from scheduling to intake to the cleaning felt as good as a dentist experience can go for a basic cleaning and intake x-rays/photos appointment. I was perfectly content to schedule my next cleaning on my way out.
Also, the exam room smelled so good. I've never been in any kind of doctor's office that smelled SO GOOD

Arrived on a very busy day, but never felt rushed. Claudia and Dr. Gangaji were both very kind and efficient. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was shown x-rays of a couple of problem areas. I arrived in a wheelchair, and every accommodation was patiently made for me by every employee I came in contact with. I never felt pressured to go forward with any treatment. I did miss getting my goodie bag of samples (ha!), but the entire experience was very positive.

Friendly place I could ever seen, I had my first appointment this week and feels so good that I choose a right dentist. Staff and dentist was friendly and helpful. Dentist really took her time with me and explain me each and every single dental issues I have and provide best solutions and suggestions. She made me feel at ease, truly professional. My first visit. Looked on their website so I tried them. Excellent customer service from Erica getting all set up with on-line forms, insurance, etc. No problems.
Extra and cleaning technicians were outstanding. Asked all the right questions and were fully safe and reassuring.
Dentist was thorough and explained everything. Very pleasant.
Going back soon to investigate Invisalign.

Yesterday was my first time going to Dental Pointe. I had a onlay that fell out that morning and they were able to get me in the same day to look at it.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I saw Dr. Fariha Querishi and she was very pleasant to speak with. Not only that but she was completely honest about what was going on with my tooth. I have a fear of going to the dentist and she definitely made sure I was comfortable.
I highly recommend going here!!!

I've had two visits here and both times my experiences were great! It has been a few years since visiting the dentist and needless to say I was a bit nervous. However, the second I stepped into the office, Dental Pointe's amazing receptionist Erika made me feel comfortable and calm. Itzel, was the incredible hygienist that took care of me on both visits and I'm soo thankful to her! It's always difficult for me when taking X-rays, but she was patient with me through the entire process. The fact that she spoke in Spanish just raised the level of comfortability for me. Definitely

I moved to the area and decided to try this dentist .The doctor performed the procedure to my tooth and I went there 4 times to get it adjusted because it was irritating a lot . The problem was not fixed and I paid a chunk a money to this place for a dental filling . I finally decided to go back to my previous dentist and he told me that she made a crack in your teeth . I spent another 450 from pocket to get a cap . These people don't know what they are doing please stay away they . This place don't deserve even 1 star .

I went in for a quick dental cleaning. they were polite, timely and took all my info and verified with insurance and provided an estimate and also suggested that i do x-ray since my insurance was covering it. Dr. Geroge explained things that can happen in the future and also gave lot of care tips for my specific situation. They send reminders and call in to check on the day of appointment and also easy scheduling appts.

Clean office, short wait time, in & out. We are not from the Naperville area, but drove here for the reviews and because they accept my insurance.
Daughter seemed a little nervous being so young, but the dental assistant Diana was very friendly and excellent. She showed my daughter cool dentist equipment. Explained to me what was going to happen. She even put my daughters favorite Elmo brush song on the TV screen... Mad props for that one. Daughter loved it. She was fantastic. Every dentist needs an assistant like her!
