I went to a couple of places before deciding to come here for my son's braces. Dr. Yabar spent time explaining the treatment plan and answering all of my questions. Rosario was great walking us through our options and the process was so easy I decided to get braces myself and they did it them the same day! Highly recommend!

I am a patient at Image orthodontics. The people there are so kind! I love the Dr he is so amazing with me and makes me feel safe when I'm there. I got braces here and I'm seeing fast results I really recommended image orthodontics! But if you are getting braces depending on your insurance and it doesn't cover what you're getting.. Luckily you get really amazing results!

Because of covid they make you check in by phone so i Checked in at 1140 for a 12 o'clock wisdom teeth removal appointment that they had been contacting me about for almost 2 weeks! only to be completely forgotten about until I called back an hour later asking what the problem was. I was told "i don't know why you have been waiting an hour let me call the PT coordinator" then the nice receptionist spent 30 minutes calling and trying to find this lady with no luck at all and was told to just keep waiting after an hour and a half. I don't know who the pt coordinator is but

All is ok. For the people that has no insurance or is under medicare insurances. DO NOT GO THERE for surgeries. I suggest you to take expensive dentist for surgeries. Trust me. I know that you do not have to pay for anything when you are under medicare. More professional than cheap doctor is better for surgeries. I was there for surgery for tooth remove and now I have tooth damage permanent. It sucks. They have no idea how to help solve it or become free of it. Cleaning and fix etc is fine but the surgeries. DONT. They waste your time. Now I have numb on teeth and gums for life. Go to expensive

They are so thoughtful and nice. I really appreciate that they take care of my teeth but they also are really good people. I feel valued by everyone - the techs, the front desk, the doctor, everyone. I love coming here and while I'm glad I'm out of braces now I low key miss coming in here regularly.

Dr. Yabar is phenomenal and is one of the best doctors I've had in the Bay Area. He takes his time with his patients, is extremely professional, relatable, gentle and considerate of the patients worries and concerns. Last weekend I emailed him and within a day he had already responded with one of the office managers calling me to book a consultation appointment. As a client I feel listened to which is one of the core qualities I seek in any of my healthcare providers.

I saw the great reviews and thought it was a better place to go to then Western Dental. I was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited months and my child's authorization was never completed due to errors. It was extremely frustrating as my child could have been treated 7 months ago. It seems like they don't care to lose clients. I never received a call saying sorry how can we make this better. It's oblivious the staff doesn't care nor the doctor. We took our care elsewhere and happy with our new orthodontist.

Dr. Yabar's demeanor was kind, reassuring and encouraging. He and his associates answered my many questions and I decided to go forward with the regimen.
I am on week 18 of a 45 week treatment schedule. I look forward to changing my aligner tray every week

They wanted to redeem themselves by reaching out via yelp for another experience. Still the same thing. Without fail, every single appointment that I'm scheduled for I'm waiting 15-20 mins (even being here 10 mins early) and still not seen. Expect to be here for an hour waiting when the appointment is only 10 mins long... Save your time and go elsewhere. They obviously don't respect their patient's time..

This is my second time around getting braces. I like to do a lot of research before committing to a crazy self cosmetic procedure. The staff, doctor, and overall ambience is lovely!
