4 1/2 years! It was a good job and they took care of me as a manager. Listened and let me take the lead. I would have stayed but it was time to move on and there were no opportunities local. Loved the lead management and operating system they used, could have used a better accounting software but I was spoiled at my last job with that.

Fix the Pothole on your Benton Arkansas property or leave our state! This pothole has been on the news Channel 11 THV. Recommend all business owners to stay away from Hall Equities Group out of California. This organization is not BBB accredited.

Now since I put in my notice I’ve been homeless living in my truck. I suffer from PTSD and the overdraft that this caused me snowballed all my bills leaving me. Broke before Christmas, I cleaned the apartment before I left I should have recieved my deposit and I haven’t, I recieved a check but not for the correct amount, they did extend my lease 30 more days but still owe me for the overdraft fee accured after the initial overdraft they caused. It forced me out on the cold angry streets with no where to go.

This is an honest review that is guided with facts rather than emotions. My husband and I truly enjoyed living at Britton Parkway. The staff was nice, maintenance was fast, the grounds were kept clean. When my husband got new orders for deployment we gave notice as quickly as possible. We had reached 9 months of our 12 month lease. I went to the office to speak about what the fees for early termination would be. She quoted 1800, unless they could get the unit rented out by the beginning of the following month. Our moving company packed things up quickly and I spent the next 2 days cleaning, and

I had the most seamless, smooth, pleasant experience with Hall Management but specifically with gals, @ Britton. In the last ten years in WA, I’ve rented from several management companies, and this has been by far my favorite. The girls at the office went out of their way to check in with a current resident on the property to accommodate enough parking for my movers. They are responsive, helping, and hold outstanding follow-through. I loved my place. If in the future I need to re-rent I will rent from your company as long as everyone is like them. I can see that this company invest in training

Lived at one of their properties in Vancouver WA. The management changed policies without notification, fixing maintenance issues was slow and the apartments were overpriced for their quality. When I wrote a review for the apartment complex online the management went on and responded by lying about having a conversation with me about how I felt saying they wish they would have contacted them to let them know my concerns which I had done extensively - so add publicly lying to save face to the list of issues I faced when dealing with them.

My apartment To much money for what ya get but that's ok I believe that this is what's wrong with the world payed 675 when I moved in now 1399 it's the same apartment nothing has changed sense they build the place in 1980s the place is a huge cosmetic fixed up place but has mold and the siding is falling off along with roofs covered in tarps at times and all the doors and windows and slidders are so old along with all the appliences need replaced so do I think it's ok to keep uping my rent. Because the economy says a square foot cost so much no I don't.I think you should get to pay a fair price

Pool CLOSED by Health Dept.
Pool was filthy GREEN most of the time it was open since May.
JACUZZI has not functioned at all during the season.
Horrible manager at location. Repairs are not done.
Televisions old remotes do not work.
Repair orders are ignored.
This location is complete GHETTO
