I am in love with a flower shop. Lauren took my call and I explained that I only had the notion to send flowers a few minutes prior to calling. I explained that Milton and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary and that I am in Asheville, NC and he's at work there in Houston. She put together an amazing arrangement and got it delivered within the hour. These folks are worthy of all the love. 💕

Bought a concrete fountain from William. I was quoted $150 to move and set it up. They did not show up for the first two dates that were set up. Finally showed hours late for the third scheduled date. They DID NOT inform that I needed a thick concrete pad with rebar for a base! Therefore it was not set in place. After I had the pad prepared I called to schedule for them to come back. They basically called me a liar, that William told me i needed the pad. My point is customer service sucks at this place!!

Great selection, fresh, rose plants last at least a week. Minus (1) star because no one ever answers the phone. Theirs one staff lady who works there. Don’t know her name. She has tattoos. She makes the best bouquets. You describe what your wanting. Some how, she magically makes exactly what you envisioned. Every single time. She is my go to, always.

Very disappointed, the flower I ordered is from the right, my wife received the one on the left. Why bother to post the pictures if you can't duplicated. People order because of what they like in the picture otherwise they would not buy it. If you don't have it in stock then at least tell the customer. Calla lilies are in season.

Very Disappointing. I ordered a $175 arrangement for Mother’s Day a week in advance with specific instructions about the type of vase and flowers I wanted. I came in the day before Mother’s Day to pick up my flowers and am presented with a lackluster arrangement, that was comprised of wilted flowers, an abundance of filler plants, and none of the specified flowers I ordered. Later was contacted saying the charge would be higher than expected. Which was fine, I asked if they would add the additional charge of $16.95 to my credit card. They replied yes. Instead, they double billed me.
When they returned my call to discuss, they were extremely hostile and it made me super uncomfortable.
Abraham always ran this florist so beautifully - I was so disappointed in their treatment of me.
It's so not worth it - their are plenty of other florists.

I ordered an arrangement and confirmed the address prior to the requested delivery date. It wasn't until I called them back 4 days later that they realized that the delivery didn't take place. I was charged an additional delivery fee after receiving a receipt with the supposed total. I was offered a refund on the delivery charge, only to be called back saying it wasn't possible to break out that charge. I was hoping to have a nice set of flowers sent to my mother, who was home alone, on her birthday, but now I guess I'll just have to hope they get to her at all.

Love this place! Great selection, including some really exotic/unusual flowers. Flowers and arrangements can be a little pricey, but the home items, pottery, etc. are an absolute steal. The outside was relatively empty today versus the spring months, when the entire area is covered in green, but that's to be expected with the season.
What really stood out to me today was the service. There was a gal in there who had been working there about a year, and she helped my mom with picking out, potting, and putting moss around two plants we bought, for no extra charge. She was super helpful, super nice

Beautiful work-exceeded expectations. Important client and friend died suddenly. The funeral spray needed to both express sympathy to family and be as big and grand as he was to not only me but on behalf of the hundreds of members of the organization under whose name it was given.

Not a single employees wearing masks and when I asked them why not, was rudely told the mask mandate is no longer active in Houston. This is incorrect.

I placed an order for a bouquet through Plants N Petals earlier this week. They took the entire order via phone and assured that the flowers could be delivered the next day! The minimum price for a bouquet delivery is $65. Delivery is around $15, but I'm not sure if it differs significantly by location. The service was quick and convenient. I asked for something with pink & white flowers and that's exactly what they put together. My only complaint is that I wish the bouquet was a tad bit larger.

This is a neat flower shop. There's a great selection of plants and succulents and holders for them designed throughout the store front. In the back of the store there's a walk-in refrigerator with fresh blooms as well in the back are fake flowers that look pretty real. Outside there's a huge selection of bright and expensive pots. They have some terra cotta pots made in Italy $3 for a small pot which I bought two of. The plant selection outside wasn't impressive to me as it looked like the herbs receive too much sun.

Excellent customer service greeted me as I placed a call in order for my sister's birthday flowers. Though I needed delivery on a Sunday, they were accommodating and true to their word. The website had sample designs but Natalie worked with me to create a custom design of 4 globes and a corsage. She also helped me stay within budget. (I was first concerned to see the photo my sister sent because they were globes and not cubes as requested; however, the globes did not contain environmentally icky foam and the designer did a superb job of using branches to provide a compact yet earthy wispy

I had been using this florist for 20 years and will never use them again. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered in Valentine's Day and PnP CHOSE to deliver them a day early in the 13th without consulting my husband because they were going to be so busy on Valentine's Day. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Everyone knows half the joy of receiving a gift of flowers is the excitement the moment the surprise gift arrives. Forget about the fact that I was traveling for business when they arrived on the 13th their business judgement was greed over customer service. I am so disappointed.

So it was my Anniversary and my normal flower guy wasn't answering so I call around looking for stars on reviews. I found this place and started to place my order they pulled up my information which was a red flag because if I was in their system and wasn't calling them first there was a reason (I'm big into flowers for my wife). I absolutely love walking into Plants n' Petals! The newly remodeled shop is very modern, but the charm it's always had is still very much there. All of the arrangements I've received over the years have exceeded my expectations and the quality really shines through. I love that I've received exotic orchids, traditional style arrangements, and very contemporary sleek arrangements as well. The staff at Plants an' Petals is knowledgeable and kind as well. I am very picky when it comes to the flowers that I buy my wife. I want to find great combinations of colors, textures, and not give my wife something too generic. I went to Plants N Petals with a moderate budget and Bryanna helped my navigate the cooler to find the right combination of flowers for my wife. Together we collected the elements of a beautiful finished ensemble that was expertly arranged while I waited. It was a great experience and my wife absolutely loves her bouquet.
