We purchased a car about a year ago and first it was working fine and then a few months later noises started appearing and we took it back to them and they supposedly fixed the issue and the noise came back again and it’s just a hassle trying to get ahold of them, this is the worst experience ever and now I’m trying to somewhat fix my car without them and see if I can trade it in, in a better car dealership, these guys are a joke, they’re nice when you’re going to get a car there but once it comes to your car breaking down good luck.

I bought 2007 scion with 137 miles for almost 10k I found out after I had purchased it . I have bought cars from them for years they use to clean the interior do mechanic work to it nowwwww they just buy cars and sell them like that they just wash them I rather go to real dealer I recommend anywhere else it sucks that people don't appreciate having you for years as a customer last car I'm buying of them

For over 20 years our family has been buying cars from the original Tommy. The past 3 years we have purchased cars, all lemons. Last one was in March and 4 months later it’s broke down in front of the house with $6000 in auto repairs needed. They have Threatened us with repo and sending us to collections. After we said we weren’t going to pay no longer. Which $6000 is still on loan again it’s only been 5 months and yes obviously they only have a 2 week warranty!!! so that’s $12k for a 2008. The other vehicle purchased has a leak somewhere in the roof and Winshield has been replaced twicea

Very bad customer service! Just because it’s a family owned business dose not mean you can talk to your customers however they feel like it . Most of the cars are I very bad shaped or only fixed to work past their 15 days they give you to return them a lot of their cars have been returned for the low maintenance they give and then breaking down so soon. And do not expect good tires on the cars . In over all look somewhere else!!
