I have always loved caring for and helping others. I believe it is this fact and my love for being creative that brought me to my career in Cosmetology. Maggie has been an integral part of the Folicle Team since February of 2014 and is well versed in hair cutting for men, women and children.

I knew ever since I was little I wanted to be a hairstylist. I received my cosmetology training while I was in high school and I haven't looked back since. For 3 years of my career I work as a Hair Restoration specialist doing everything from cutting hair pieces for Wigs for kids recipients, to doing hair extensions.
Christa brings her passion and expertise to Folicle. Armed with advanced training in both haircutting and color, Christa is excited to work with her clients to help them feel good about themselves and help bring out their inner confidence with a beautiful, personalized style.
She is accepting new clients and is available for Women/Men/Children's cuts, all color applications, smoothing treatments, facial waxing, and also specializes in Novalash Eyelash Extensions.

Liz has been in the salon industry for over 25 years, she has worked with and studied under some of the most groundbreaking, influential artists and companies from all over. Folicle opened in February of 2004 with a vision of creating a salon that promotes education for both staff and clients, and gives an approachable style that can be acheived well after the client leaves the chair, with a welcoming boutique-salon environment for everyone.
Beyond 4 weeks, your lashes may have reached their peak and there may not be enough lashes to properly do a refill, so a full lash set may be needed. Lash fill appointments are based on your previous Folicle visit. We happily welcome outside lash clients, however we specialize in Novalash synthetic nylon lashes, which do not pair well with synthetic mink/silk/volume cluster lashes.

I saw Kristen and she took my (previously colored, and messed up) brassy brown hair to a beautiful natural blonde. I am so thankful. I also have never had such a beautiful haircut as I have had here in the past. It’s clean, on time, and worth every single penny. They really take time for their clients, and I’ve felt custom services each time I’ve gone. I live half an hour away and will travel here for every need I have in the future. Also, their window displays are always beautiful!

I cannot rave enough about Follicle Salon and their excellent staff! As someone who is very low maintenance and pretty clueless when it comes to their hair - it's such a treat to walk into Follicle and feel immediately taken care of by their knowledgeable staff. Maggie has always guided me in the right direction - whether it's with a simple cut or balayage, I've always walked out of the salon feeling more confident than when I walked in. Maggie is truly an expert in her craft and you will not be disappointed with Follicle!

Everyone at Folicle does an amazing job and always makes me feel warm, welcome and at home. I’ve been a client for several years and have never been disappointed. Liz has created a beautiful environment- I recommend the salon any chance I get! Maggie has been my stylist throughout. She always makes me look and feel amazing. Her talents are vast, as are the entire staff’s, and she’s great at giving recommendations for my thick, often times unruly hair!

All of the stylists at Folicle over the past 17+ years have been incredible and I’m lucky to have met them and watched them work. The love and care they put into their craft is something I never get tired of seeing. The guests at the salon are also some of the most incredible people I am happy to have ever met. I’ve made so many beautiful friendships with them and it’s been surreal watching some of our younger clients grow into such wonderful adults. Time flies!

I have been a client at Follicle for years. Kristen has brought my hair back to health. She also did an amazing job with my bridal hair. My hair held all night! Everyone is so welcoming and the salon just has a great atmosphere. I have had hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and highlights. I always walk out of there looking and feeling amazing! Great place!

DO NOT COME HERE! My hairdresser took half of my head and cut them into bangs when I only asked to trim their length and made my hair even thinner than it already is. :( I haven't been confident enough to wear my hair down since because it looks so bad. She told me she would "fix" it at my next appointment in SEVEN weeks after my bayalage turned out terrible too. She wanted me to live like that for 7 weeks... so she can "fix" it. Safe to say I cancelled my appointment & dyed my hair back dark. Ugh. My whole experience was a nightmare.

I have been looking for a new salon since moving to the westside and this place is a winner. Maggie gave me exactly what I asked for and really listened to my hair concerns. She offered product recommendations without being pushy and I left finally feeling like I have found my new hair gal. I like that that there is a big parking lot in the back and the salon had a low key approachable feel. I will be back.

My experience at Folicle was amazing! From calling to schedule my appt to leaving my appt, it was all a great experience! I had eyelash extensions applied today by Krista. She was helpful and informative. She answered all my questions. The process took about 2 hours, and I cannot emphasize her skills! I will post pics soon

I have gotten my hair done here for a good amount of years (but recently have left due to a move) but it is wonderful! It's a perfect size in the heart of Lakewood with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
All of the stylists have been great. I have worked with three different ones since I started going there. They all are very confident in their work which makes me feel very comfortable when I walk into those doors.
They offer water, coffee, tea, and sometimes even cookies! The chairs are comfortable, the place is very clean, and I promise you you'll be happy with the end result

I got my hair cut today, and it was great! Maggie and the rest of the staff were friendly. The place was clean and had good vibes. I didn't have a great idea of exactly what I wanted when I went in, and Maggie made some good suggestions. We also talked about cuts that I could do when I'm looking for a more drastic change. I'm really happy with how the cut turned out!
