He graduated from Paulding High School, where he excelled in sports, in 1935. He attended Ohio University on a football scholarship and completed his undergraduate work there. Harv attended law school at Ohio Northern University where he also played football and graduated in 1940. During both World War II and the Korean War, Harv served in the U.S. Army.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
As the sister of Mariah Decker from above involved in the same estate Hyman and Hyman have done an amazing job. Nobody has been sued and they are handling my fathers estate in a very professional way. In fact they have gone above and beyond dealing with the extra drama they had to deal with. I highly recommend them
