Arts auto and body, I haven't had the work done. The shop is quite busy which tell me that they do good work. I contacted several body shops about surface rust and paint. None of the shops I spoke with three would give me a quote for rust removal and paint. That's why I'm talking to the owner of arts Auto body.

I recently got some work done on my BMW X3. I had a pretty sizable dent and paint damage to my car. I went to another place to get a quote, but got one for much cheaper here (about 50% less). I don't remember the name of the guy I worked with, but he did an amazing job. I was a little worried when he said it wouldn't be a 100% match to the body paint. He said he would get it as close as possible, and I was at least very appreciative of his honesty unlike others is the car repair business. When I got the car back, it looked fantastic! I really cannot tell no matter how closely I look at it. He blended

They did a great job fixing my car and even did some touch up work for a very low price. I once had a shop that didn't get the color quite right and I had them redo it. But with these guys, the paint job looked perfect the first time! When I noticed that the plastidip on the bumper got a bit messed up, they fixed it for free, which they really didn't have to do. It is plastidip after all and that gets messed up pretty easily. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I will be back again if I ever need work done on my car.

Went to Art’s to get an estimate for my wife’s car. Art was very straightforward and honest and I really appreciated that. His estimate was right on target as well. While we didn’t end up going there for the work due to insurance, I wouldn’t hesitate to give Art my business down the road if I needed it.

Beware! This shop is shady and Alvaro is horrible at business. We went in for a quote and they gave one price. After the adjuster came, we asked if they could include popping out a small dent for a certain price ( a few hundred more than the original quote). Alvaro then said the original work would be that exact price. It was $500 more than the original quote! Then, when we went to get our vehicle he said we owed $140 in storage fees when he had never even mentioned anything about a storage fee before and we never signed anything stating we knew about storage fees. He had been completely fine about

We bought a Toyota sequoia in August and because it was purchased and driven in Chicago, it had rust on both sides of the doors. We talked to multiple body shops and they would not help us. The other body shops kept telling us that the rust could be beyond repair.
We found Arts Auto Body on line and they said they could help us.
They did a great job and I have already shared with the dealership and friends about the job they did.

This place is AMAZING. My car went through some unfortunate events and I got it back looking pretty much brand new. Paint looked great, and they even buffed out some other scratches free of charge. Reasonably priced and great at communicating with you, which I think some places lack. Alvaro is incredibly friendly and the car was all fixed up within the estimated amount of time.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I took my car to Art's to get hail damage fixed. They told me it would take 3 weeks. A week later, I called to check on the car. They said it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I hadn't heard from them and tried to call for a status update. For 2 days straight, no one answered their telephone. I left countless messages until the mailbox was full. I eventually went over there and was told the boss was out of town - apparently no one answers the phone if the boss is away. The worker told me they submitted a claim to my insurance and were waiting
